The Department hereby clarifies that *Gaon Samaj has no affiliation, authorization, partnership, empanelment, endorsement, or association whatsoever with the Department of Tourism, Government of Bihar.*
Any representation, statement, publication, or promotional activity suggesting such an association is false, misleading, and unauthorized Members of the public, stakeholders, tourism service providers, and other concerned entities are advised not to rely upon such claims.
The Department reserves the right to initiate appropriate action against any individual, organization, or entity found misrepresenting its association with the Department of Tourism, Government of Bihar, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
For authentic information regarding the Department's initiatives, schemes, and authorized partners, stakeholders are advised to refer only to official communication channels of the Department of Tourism, Government of Bihar.
