NOBA GSR – a non-profit arm of the famed Bihar-based Netarhat High-School’s Old Boys Association – got together to shape a societal response to this endemic problem afflicting the young women residing in rural Bihar and Jharkhand to begin with. With a focus on service, education, healthcare, farmers, and the environment, our non-profit organization endeavors to create a harmonious and sustainable

future for all. NOBA GSR is bringing about a difference in society by relentlessly working towards improving the quality of life of the people living in rural and urban areas. The organization was established with a philosophy to connect and serve the society. A group of committed leaders carried out extensive nationwide research of all to-date efforts and then developed an innovative solution model consisting of a simple dispenser machine, securing sourcing of quality pads at affordable rates with ease of delivery & replenishment. Our team is driven by a shared vision of making a difference and bringing about meaningful change in the areas we serve.

From a humble social initiative to a global movement…

NOBA GSR is now officially registered in 🇮🇳 India, 🇺🇸 USA, and 🇯🇵 Japan — marking a proud milestone in our journey of service, humanity, and social impact.

What started with a simple vision — “Give back to society” — has now grown into an international NGO working across borders for education, healthcare, menstrual dignity, environment, and humanitarian causes.

From supporting 2.5+ lakh girls through Sangini, to grassroots social initiatives, community awareness programs, youth engagement, and global collaborations — this is just the beginning.

Borders may divide countries, but service connects humanity.

Together, we continue building a more compassionate, aware, and dignified world.

Impact Moment at IIT 2026 Global Conference

Honored to welcome Shri Suresh Prabhu and Darshana R. Patel (to the NOBA GSR booth at IIT 2026.

We had an engaging discussion on the Sangini initiative, focusing on menstrual hygiene, dignity, and empowering young girls through access and awareness.

Shri Suresh Prabhu - A leader who has held several key ministerial portfolios in the Government of India, his encouragement and insights further strengthen our belief that community-driven efforts can create large-scale societal change.

Dr. Darshana R. Patel ( California state Assembly member District 76) also visited the NOBA GSR exhibition booth at the IIT 2026 Global Conference and engaged in an in-depth discussion on the Sangini initiative, appreciating its impact in advancing menstrual health awareness and access across underserved communities.
