SPC പൂർവ്വ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളെ ഒരുമിച്ച് ചേർത്തുകൊണ്ടുള്ള മഹത്തായ കൂട്ടായ്മയാണ് സ്റ്റുഡന്റ് പോലീസ് വോളന്റീർ കോർപ്സ് കേരള. കർമ്മനിരതരും സാമൂഹിക പ്രതിബദ്ധതയുമുള്ള ഒരു കൂട്ടം ചെറുപ്പക്കാർ രണ്ടര വർഷമായി വിവിധതരം പ്രവർത്തങ്ങളിൽ പങ്കാളികളായി വരുന്നു. കോവിഡ് മഹാമാരി കേരളത്തിൽ പടർന്നു പിടിച്ചതിന്റെ ആരംഭം മുതൽ SPC പൂർവ്വ കേഡറ്റുകളുടെ സേവനം സജീവമായി നടന്നു വരുന്നു. SPC പ്രൊജക്റ്റ്‌ പത്തനംതിട്ട നടത്തിയ ജനകീയ കിച്ചണിൽ പ്രതിനിധ്യം ഉറപ്പിച്ചാണ് പ്രവർത്തനം ആരംഭിച്ചത്. അതിന് ശേഷം നിരവധി പ്രോഗ്രാമുകൾ ആസൂത്രണം ചെയ്യുകയും ഉണ്ടായി.

പുത്തനുടുപ്പും പുസ്തകവും - Children's Day Challenge -SVC കേരളയുടെ ആദ്യ കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റി ഓഫ്‌ലൈൻ പ്രൊജക്റ്റ്‌ ആണ് പുത്തനുടുപ്പും പുസ്തകവും. അനാഥ ബാല്യങ്ങളെയും അർഹതപ്പെട്ട കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങളെയും തേടിയുള്ള ഒരു യാത്ര. ശിശുദിനവുമായി അനുബന്ധിച്ച് ചിൽഡ്രൻസ് ഡേ ചലഞ്ച് എന്ന പേരിലായിരുന്നു പരിപാടി. ഏകദേശം പത്ത്ലക്ഷത്തോളം രൂപയുടെ സാധനങ്ങൾ ആണ് പത്തനംതിട്ട ജില്ലയിൽ അർഹതപ്പെട്ടവർക്ക് കൈമാറിയത് 2020/2021 വർഷങ്ങളിൽ നവംബർ മാസം. 2020-ൽ ഇലന്തൂർ ബാലികാ ഭവനിൽ ബഹു. മുൻ ജില്ലാ പോലീസ് മേധാവി ശ്രീ. K.G. സൈമൺ IPS അവറുകളും, 2021-ൽ മുൻ ജില്ലാ പോലീസ് മേധാവിയും നിലവിലെ തിരുവനന്തപുരം റേഞ്ച് DIG യുമായ ശ്രീമതി ആർ നിശാന്തിനീ IPS അവറുകളും ജില്ലാ തല ഉദ്ഘാടനം നിർവ്വഹിച്ച പരിപാടി ജില്ലയിൽ വൻ വിജയമായി പരിണമിച്ചു. ആറന്മുള ബാലഭവൻ, പുല്ലാട് ബാലിക സദനം, മല്ലപ്പള്ളി എത്തീം ഖാന തുടങ്ങി ജില്ലയിലെ ഒട്ടുമിക്ക എല്ലായിടങ്ങളിലും കുട്ടികളുടെ സന്തോഷത്തിൽ പങ്കുചേരാനായി.

- ഈ വരുന്ന നവംബർ 14 ശിശുദിനത്തോടനുബന്ധിച്ച് സംസ്ഥാനവ്യാപകമായി പുത്തനുടുപ്പും പുസ്തകവും മൂന്നാം ഭാഗവുമായി മുന്നോട്ടു പോകുവാൻ താല്പര്യപ്പെടുന്നു. അതിനു മുന്നോടിയായി സമയത്തിന്റെ ദൗർലഭ്യം മൂലം അടിയന്തരമായി നാളെ 04/11/2022 വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച 09:030 AM മുതൽ 10/11/2022 വ്യാഴാഴ്ച 05:00 PM വരെ ജില്ലയിലെ SPC ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള 37 സ്കൂളുകളിലും കളക്ഷൻ സെന്റർ പ്രവർത്തനം നടത്തുന്നതാണ്. (അഞ്ചാംക്ലാസ് മുതൽ മുകളിലേക് ഉള്ള കുട്ടികൾക്കു ആവശ്യമായ പഠനോപകരണങ്ങൾ, പുതിയ വസ്ത്രങ്ങൾ, ഒരു പരിധിവരെ കേട് വരാൻ സാധ്യത ഇല്ലാത്ത Packed Food Items, biscuits, അങ്ങനെ തുടങ്ങി 12 വയസ് മുതൽ 19 വയസ്സുവരെ പ്രായം വരുന്ന കുട്ടികൾക്ക് നല്കുവാൻ സാധിക്കുന്ന എന്തും സ്വീകരിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. A state that holds pride in its identity and culture, a place that is known for its captivating art and beauty, a land called God's very nation! Kerala Piravi Day wishes!
Prior to this unification, Kerala was divided into three independent provinces of Malabar, Cochin, and Travancore. Malabar Presidency constituted the northernmost territories of Kerala that included Thalassery, Kannur, and Kasaragod. The princely State of Cochin occupied the middle section, and the sovereign State of Travancore administered the southern region. After the Independence of India, there arose a strong need to carve new states on a linguistic basis. Thus, a few years after Independence, Kerala was reorganized as one such independent State. Kerala Piravi Day commemorates this momentous union that led to the formation of modern-day Kerala as we know it.

Lal Bahadur Shastri (2 October 1904 – 11 January 1966) India celebrates the 118th birth anniversary of Shri. Lal Bahadur Shastri, the nation’s second Prime Minister. Shastri, who succeeded Jawaharlal Nehru, was respected for his forthrightness and honesty, and after his passing, he was awarded the Bharat Ratna, making him the first posthumous laureate of this prestigious award. He promoted the White Revolution – a national campaign to increase the production and supply of milk – by supporting the Amul milk co-operative of Anand, Gujarat and creating the National Dairy Development Board. Underlining the need to boost India's food production, Shastri also promoted the Green Revolution in India in 1965. Teachers’ Day is a special day to thank and remember the teachers who have shaped us and show our gratitude for them.The idea of celebrating Teachers' Day took root in many countries during the 19th century; in most cases, they celebrate a local educator or an important milestone in education. In India the birthday of The Second President Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan ji (5 September) is celebrated as Teachers' Day since 1962.

Our key to success and prosperity is education. In both our personal life and career, education is crucial. Without dedicated teachers, prosperity and success might only be aspirational ideals. Teachers have a significant impact on the achievement of many people. Teachers can act as a support system that is lacking elsewhere in students’ lives. They can be a role model and an inspiration to go further and to dream bigger. Great teachers have the ability to change lives for the better.

So, on this pious day of the 5th day of September, lets honour the teachers with all the respect and devotion they deserve and make this teachers day a day worth remembering for all the teachers in our life.
