PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana – Green Energy for Goa

Inaugural function for the installation of solar panels by the members of The Vision Royal Cooperative Housing Maintenance Society Ltd. under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.

The PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana is a Central Government scheme that promotes rooftop solar installations with subsidies of up to 90% when combined with the Goa State Solar Subsidy Scheme.

The Vision Royal Cooperative Housing Maintenance Society Ltd. is the first cooperative housing society in Goa to generate green energy under this scheme.

The Cooperation Department, Government of Goa encourages all cooperative housing societies to adopt this initiative and avail maximum benefits.
