SILENCE/EMOTIONAL STREES

Today we are going to discuss about the most common but rare emotion we found in human beings i.e SILENCE. Absence of common sound, communication, or expression is known as silence. In daily life, Sometimes we observe that people with talkative tendency or extrovert people suddenly become silent.
At that point of time, question came in mind that how it could be possible that a talkative nature people goes in silence. What are the reasons behind it , how is responsible and it could be overcome. Actually Silence is one of the important aspect of human nature which lacks the interaction, but when it experienced very frequently, it is a symptom of some serious problem or issue like discomfort, emotional breakdown etc.
Now why this silence occurs
The major reason of all these silence is Emotional stress, Stress is a normal reaction to the pressures of everyday life. Worry, fear, anger, sadness and other emotions are also all normal emotional responses. They are all part of life. However, if the stress that underlies these emotions interferes with your ability to do the things you want or need to do, this stress has become unhealthy.
Symptoms of Emotional stress
Physical symptoms include:
1. Heaviness in your chest and pains.
2. Headaches
3. Shortness of breath.
4. Feeling tired or depressed.
5. Losing or gaining weight
6. Sleeping more or less than usual.

Mental or behavioral symptoms include:
1. Being more emotional than usual.
2. Feeling overwhelmed
3. Trouble keeping remembering.
4. Trouble making decisions.
5. Using alcohol or drugs to relieve your emotional stress.
How can I better cope up ?
There are many techniques that can be tried to help you better manage your emotional stress. Try one or more of the following:
1. Take some time to relax:
2. Take some time to care for yourself.
3. Read a book.
4. Download and listen music of your choice
5. Take a walk. Practice yoga.
6. Sit in silence with your eyes closed.

The main reason why all these things happen is one and only heart break. Getting constant pain in the relationship where you have higher side of expectations. When the person is not taking care of you or love you in the same manner in which you are doing or not able to meet up with your expectations. The only solution of all these things is either stop expecting or stop doing efforts to sustain the relationship. Because no one in this universe have the power to make another one understand about you if they are not listening or understanding your silence even. They are doing this not because they want to hurt you but they might have any other important priority than you.. Any other relationship than you. If they are happy with their priority, believe me now it's time for you to MOVE ON...
If they came back with more and more love/care then they are truly yours and if they don't then it simply means they are are not the part of your destiny.
STOP GIVING PAIN TO YOURSELF FOR THOSE WHO ARE TAKING YOU FOR GRANTED. WHO IS NOT UNDERSTANDING YOUR SILENCE.
