Doon Public School proudly shares that Harsimrat Randhawa (Class VIII-A) represented Haryana in the 68th National School Games Cycling Championship held at Ranchi, Jharkhand (12–17 January 2026). She participated in the Girls U-14 Individual Time Trial (06 km) event and secured a timing of 10:05.878. The school congratulates her for her dedication, discipline and commendable national-level performance.

Panchkula, February 2, 2026:
Doon Public School, Panchkula, observed World Wetlands Day 2026 on 2 February 2026 in accordance with the directions of the Deputy Commissioner, Panchkula. Students participated enthusiastically in quizzes, discussions, and awareness activities highlighting the importance of wetlands and their conservation.
The programme reflected the theme “Wetlands and Traditional Knowledge: Celebrating Cultural Heritage” and aimed to instil environmental responsibility among students. The school reaffirmed its commitment to environmental awareness and sustainable practices.

With cheerful smiles and confident voices, the children recited poems nicely, showing clear speech, good expressions, and growing confidence.
It was a happy and enjoyable activity that helped children express themselves and enjoy learning.
