Agriculture plays a vital role in sustaining life by providing food, but maintaining a clean and hygienic environment is equally important for our well-being. On this Friday Field Day, instead of working in the fields, we have chosen to focus on cleaning the office. A clean and organized workspace not only promotes good health and sanitation but also enhances productivity and creates a more pleasant working atmosphere. Just as agriculture supports life, cleanliness ensures a healthier and more efficient environment for everyone.

Friday Field Day – 7th of the Year (21/02/2025)

On 21st February 2025, we, the BAC staff, successfully wrapped up our seventh field day of the year with the guidance and support of BDO Shri Sangay Tamang and OS Shri Yadav Nepal.

It was a day of teamwork and shared responsibility, where everyone came together with a common goal—to create a cleaner, healthier space for all. The effort and enthusiasm from every team member truly made the day special.

Our male staff took charge of cleaning the surroundings, brooming the outdoor areas to make them neat and presentable. They also went above and beyond by picking up plastic waste and trash scattered along the road leading to the BAC premises, helping to keep our environment clean and green.

At the same time, our female staff worked diligently inside the office, ensuring that every corner was cleaned and organized, creating a fresh and welcoming space for everyone.

In line with the Hon'ble Chief Minister’s (HCM) directions, some of our hardworking cleaning staff took care of the toilets, making sure they were thoroughly cleaned and hygienic for everyone’s comfort.

This field day was more than just a cleaning exercise—it was a reminder of the importance of teamwork, responsibility, and taking pride in our shared spaces. Every contribution, big or small, played a part in making the day a success. We’re proud of what we accomplished together and look forward to continuing this spirit of collaboration in the future.
