*सिक्किम समुदायको सम्मेलनका लागि जेएसी*

**गान्तोक, ९ मार्च, २०२४:** हिजो, ९ मार्च, २०२४ को महत्वपूर्ण बैठकमा, ज्वाइन एक्शन काउन्सिल सिक्किमको एक्सिउटिभ सदस्यहरूले एक महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय गरेका छौं। यस बैठकमा, सिक्किमको सभै राजनीतिक दलहरूलाई एक मंचमा निम्ताएर समूचा सिक्किमे समुदायको महत्वपूर्ण मुद्धा र समस्याहरूमा चर्चा गर्ने निर्णय गरिएको छ।

**यस कार्यक्रमको मुख्य उद्देश्यहरू छन्:**

- सिक्किमको सम्पुर्ण राजनीतिक दलहरूलाई एक मंचमा एकत्रित गरी समूचा सिक्किमे समुदायको मुद्धा र समस्याहरूमा चर्चा गर्ने।
- समूचा सक्किमे समुदायको विकास र प्रगति लागि समर्थन र कदमहरू निर्धारित गर्ने।
- सिक्किमको राजनीतिक दलहरूले सिक्किमका मुल मुद्धाहरूमा समृद्ध चर्चा गर्ने।

**यस कार्यक्रमको आयोजना:**
२३ मार्च २०२४, सिक्किमको सम्पूर्ण राजनीतिक दलहरूलाई आह्वान गरिने छ। यस अवसरमा सभै राजनीतिक दलहरूले एक मंचमा साझा मुद्धा र समस्याहरूको बारेमा चर्चा गर्न सक्नेछन्।

यस अवसरको महत्त्वपूर्णता र आयोजनामा भाग लिन सम्पुर्ण सिक्किमे राजनीतिक दलहरू र सिक्किमे सान्धार्विक संघ सस्थाहरूलाई आह्वान गरिएको छ।

Press Release

I strongly condemn the unwarranted statement made by Darjeeling MLA Neeraj Zimba on the issue related to Late Padam Gurung.

It is unfortunate that the Government of Sikkim and the SKM party had to borrow a spokesperson from Darjeeling to cover up their misdeed and incompetence.

The tone of his voice and his allegation of political involvements in yesterday's protest rally at Namchi shows that he is provided with a script by ruling SKM to spew venom against the people of Sikkim demanding justice for late Padam Gurung.

The interference of Neeraj Zimba in such a sensitive matter concerning Sikkim is shameful and it is a major embarrassment for the Government of Sikkim as well.

I caution Neeraj Zimba to refrain himself from poking his nose in the matters of Sikkim and rather concentrate on the several issues plaguing his constituency.

Joint Action Council delegation went to pay their respects to the departed soul of Late Padam Gurung who was part of the youth council of JAC. We pray that the truth behind his death comes out soon and that his soul can get peace at last. Our condolences to his family.

JAC demands a CBI enquiry into the untimely and suspicious death of Late Padam Gurung bhai who was a budding youth leader as well as an active member of JAC. I hope our demand is met by the Govt.
