An accomplished prosthodontist, dental educator, and healthcare administrator with over three decades of clinical and academic leadership, Dr. Aeran brings extensive expertise across oral healthcare delivery, institutional governance, and quality assurance. Having served in top academic roles including Vice Chancellor, Director Principal, and Dean, he combines specialized clinical training with formal qualifications in hospital administration and experience as a certified NABH Dental Assessor. In his statutory role at the National Dental Commission, he works to advance quality, transparency, and accountability across dental healthcare institutions nationwide.

A senior civil servant from the 1997 batch of the Indian Administrative Service with nearly three decades of administrative experience, Shri Barnwal has led transformative governance initiatives across both state and central governments. Over the course of his career, he has driven major policy implementation programs, including the Vibrant Villages Programme during his tenure in the Ministry of Home Affairs and key provisions of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 in the Ministry of Education. In his current role leading the National Health Authority, he oversees India’s flagship digital and public health programs, including Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY and the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM), driving accessible, data-driven, and equitable healthcare delivery nationwide.

A senior civil servant from the 1996 batch of the Indian Administrative Service with three decades of distinguished governance experience, Shri Agarwal has held key leadership positions across public health, social development, and trade administration. Notably, during his tenure as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, he played a central role in steering national health initiatives and policy responses. With extensive experience spanning teaching at Gujarat Ayurveda University to advancing policy across various advisory roles in the Ministry of Ayush, he has been instrumental in strengthening regulatory frameworks, safety, and evidence-based standards for traditional medicine.
