Discover three incredible trekking trails across Uttarakhand:

- Dyalishera Trek — Chamoli
- Barsu–Syari Top–Surya Top–Nigda Bugyal–Mangoli–Ganganani Trek — Uttarkashi
- Shalang Glacier Trek — Pithoragarh

Trek Season: September 2026 – March 2027

Special Subsidy for Registered Tour Operators

A subsidy of ₹2,000 per tourist will be provided to registered tour operators for the first 300 tourists brought by them on each trek, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Maximum eligible tourists: 900 across the three treks.

Eligibility: Tour operators must be registered under Uttarakhand Travel Trade Registration.

A Chintan Shivir under Chairmanship of Secretary (Tourism), Shri Bhuvnesh Kumar was held at NCHMCT, Noida, on 02 September 2026. It was attended by Senior Economic Advisor and Economic Advisor from Ministry of Tourism and Principals from IHMs.

The session focused on “Strengthening, Repositioning and Future-Readiness of CABs of the Ministry of Tourism”, bringing together key stakeholders for meaningful discussions on institutional strengthening, strategic repositioning, innovation and preparing for the future of India’s tourism and hospitality sector.
