NTPC has been honoured with “The Most Consistent Performer” Award at the HR for the Greater Good Conclave 2026, organised by XLRI Jamshedpur.

The recognition celebrates NTPC’s sustained performance across Social Responsibility, Employee Wellbeing, Governance & Ethics, High-Performance Work Systems and Environmental Performance.

The award was received on behalf of NTPC by Ms Premlata, ED (PMI & HRD), along with senior officials.

Young minds, bright questions and the future of energy!

School students explored NTPC’s growth journey, evolving energy portfolio, and contribution to society at the 29th National Exhibition, held from 20th - 23rd August 2026 in Salt Lake, Kolkata. Interactive panels, games and a thermal power plant demonstration brought the world of energy closer to the visitors.

Because nurturing curiosity today helps young minds imagine and shape a brighter, more sustainable India tomorrow.
