Sexual Harassment Prevention Week | 10–17 December 2025

In pursuance of the provisions of The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL) is observing Sexual Harassment Prevention Week from 10 to 17 December 2025.

As part of this initiative, TCIL has undertaken measures to review and strengthen Internal Committees, ensure effective implementation of the POSH framework, and reaffirm a zero-tolerance policy towards sexual harassment at the workplace.

Through these efforts, TCIL continues to promote a safe, respectful and inclusive work environment, in line with the national commitment towards women’s dignity and safety.

As part of the initiative, the CMD, TCIL administered the Swachhata Pledge today, calling upon all TCIL employees to uphold the values of cleanliness inspired by Mahatma Gandhi’s vision.
