किस्सा कुछ दिन पहले का है
मैं जोधपुर रेलवे स्टेशन से रात 2 बजे भगत की कोठी-बिलासपुर एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन में रायपुर के लिए बैठा...ठण्ड का समय था ऊपर से रात थी तो ठण्ड थोड़ी ज्यादा थी...मेरी साइड अपर बर्थ थी निचली सीट पर एक मेरी ही उम्र का एक आदमी अपने परिवार के साथ था......
सुबह हुई मैं भी निचली सीट पर चला गया नीचे वाले भाई साहब से पूछा आप कहा तक जाएंगे उसने कहा भैया जाना तो रायपुर तक है .......कुछ देर बाद बाते करने के बाद उनकी बातों से मुझे पता चला कि भाई साहब तो कट्टर कांग्रेसी है हर बात पर मोदी को कोस रहे थे......मैं भी बैठे मजे से उसके तर्क सुन रहा था लेकिन मैंने अभी तक उसकी एक भी बात का जवाब नही दिया था ......
तभी उसने रेलवे की खामियां निकालनी चालू कर दी कि इस ट्रेन में कोई गार्ड नही है रात भर ट्रेन की खिड़की बंद नही हुई ठण्ड की वजह से मैं तो सो नही पाया और अभी एक रात और निकालनी है ट्रेन में रात भर खिड़की बन्द नही हुई अब शिकायत भी करू तो करू किससे........कोई स्टाफ भी नही है.........इसी के साथ वह हर मुद्दे पर मोदी को ही कोसने लगा....
शाम के 6 बज गए उज्जैन आने वाला था शाम भी ढल रही थी ठण्ड बढ़ रही थी उसे उस खिड़की की चिंता सता रही थी.....उसकी निगाह ट्रेन के स्टाफ को ढूंढ रही थी तभी मैंने उन भाई साहब से कहा भैया ट्विटर चलाते हो बन्दे ने कहा हाँ चलाता हु........मैंने कहा खोलिये अपना ट्विटर एकाउंट और रेलमंत्री सुरेश प्रभु को pnr के साथ अपनी समस्या बताकर ट्वीट करिए.............
मेरे द्वारा ऐसा करने को कहने पर उसने मुझसे कहा क्या भैया आप भी मज़ाक करते हो अब क्या खिड़की रेलमंत्री बनाएगा आकर.......मैंने कहा भाई एक बार ट्वीट तो करिए ट्वीट करने में क्या जाता है.........
मेरे कहने के बाद उसने रेल मंत्री सुरेश प्रभु को pnr के साथ ट्वीट किया........ट्वीट करते ही 5 मीनट बाद रेलमंत्रालय से उस ट्वीट पर रिप्लाई आया कि आपकी शिकायत नोट कर ली गई है .......
रिप्लाई आने के बाद भी उसने कहा ये सब ढकोसला है कुछ नही होगा मैंने कहा बंधू थोड़ा सबर रखिए आपको इतनी भी क्या जल्दी है......अगला स्टेशन भोपाल था लगभग 9 साढ़े 9 बजे का समय था पहुचने का...........
जैसे ही भोपाल स्टेशन पर गाडी खड़ी हुई 2 मिनट के बाद एक काला कोट पहना हुआ आदमी हाथ में हथौड़ी और कुछ औजार लिए सीट की तरफ आता हुआ दिखा...........
उसने आकर कहा कि भैया कौन सी खिड़की बन्द नही हो रही है बताइये आपने मैसेज किया था क्या........
हमारे भाई साहब की आंखें तो फ़टी थी तभी मैंने कहा भैया ये नीचे की खिड़की बन्द नही हो रही है भाई साहब रात भर नही सोए है सुधार दीजिए........
5 मिनट में उसने खिड़की सही की और हमारे भाई साहब से साइन करा कर चला गया.........
मैंने कहा भैया क्या हुआ कुछ तो बोलिए उनके मुह में शब्द नही थे कुछ कहने के लिए…... फिर भी हिम्मत कर के बोला कि भाई जब देश का शाशक ही स्टाफ की तरह काम कर रहा है फिर किसकी जरूरत है.......उसके बाद से बन्दा मोदी का कायल हो गया ...….
उस स्टाफ की एक फोटो मैंने अपने मोबाइल से ली थी आप देख सकते है
तो भैया 325 सीट काम बोलने से नही काम करने से आती है.........

In a bid to unearth black money and illicit assets stashed abroad, the Union Cabinet today approved a Bill with stringent provisions for prosecution of such offences with rigorous imprisonment of up to 10 years.

"The Cabinet has approved Undisclosed Foreign Income and Assets (Imposition of New Tax) Bill, 2015," official sources said on the decision of the Cabinet meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Under the provisions of the new Bill, which was announced in the Budget, the offence will be non-compoundable, offenders will not be permitted to approach the Settlement Commission and penalty at the rate of 300 per cent of taxes will be levied on the concealed income and assets.

Indian nurses in Iraq safe, to arrive in India on Saturday

"Diplomacy works through the front doors. We are using other doors and how those doors were used and knocked on and how they were opened up is a story for another day. The story for today is that one of those doors opened and we were able to extricate our nationals," the Spokesperson said.
He further noted that the Indian officials were "always in touch" with what was going on with the nurses and said "Things don't happen just like that. There is a lot of effort, patience and a lot of quiet work that has gone into this."
