TRAI के स्वतंत्र ड्राइव टेस्ट में 408 किमी शहर क्षेत्र, 14 हॉटस्पॉट स्थानों और 3.2 किमी वॉक टेस्ट को शामिल किया गया। इस दौरान कॉल कनेक्ट होने की सफलता दर 99.61% तक और डाउनलोड स्पीड 246.69 Mbps तक दर्ज की गई। इन ड्राइव टेस्ट के परिणाम आवश्यक कार्रवाई के लिए संबंधित सेवा प्रदाताओं के साथ साझा किए गए हैं।

TRAI’s Independent Drive Tests covered 408 km of city drives, 14 hotspot locations & 3.2 km of walk tests, with call setup success rates up to 99.61% and download speeds up to 246.69 Mbps.
The findings have been shared with the respective Service Providers for necessary action.

उपभोक्ता जागरूकता कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य दूरसंचार और ब्रॉडकास्टिंग सेवाओं में उपभोक्ता संरक्षण और बेहतर विकल्पों के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाना है। इसके तहत नागरिकों को टेलीकॉम सेवाओं, उपभोक्ता अधिकारों और शिकायत समाधान व्यवस्था की जानकारी दी जाती है।

TRAI के स्वतंत्र ड्राइव टेस्ट में 455 किमी शहर क्षेत्र, 16 हॉटस्पॉट स्थानों और 9.7 किमी वॉक टेस्ट को शामिल किया गया। इस दौरान कॉल कनेक्ट होने की सफलता दर 100% तक और डाउनलोड स्पीड 277 Mbps तक दर्ज की गई।
इन ड्राइव टेस्ट के परिणाम आवश्यक कार्रवाई और सेवा सुधार के लिए संबंधित टेलीकॉम सेवा प्रदाताओं के साथ साझा किए गए हैं।
