The CMULF programme (2019-21) welcomes its first batch of 26 fellows and associate fellows who are all set to make a significant contribution to Delhi's development discourse. The batch recently attended a nine-day induction programme with the Delhi government which involved participation of eminent policy makers, sectoral experts, bureaucrats and ministers. The fellows not only gained an in-depth understanding of the governance structure but got an opportunity to interact with leading government functionaries in the areas of education, health, sanitation and urban development. The highlight of the programme was the 2.5 day leadership and self-awareness traning session organized by notable strategic consultant and two-time Tedx speaker Rajen Makhijani.
The last day of the induction also witnessed fellows interacting with the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal himself and sharing their visions for Delhi's development.
Now, as the induction programme comes to an end and the fellows kick-start their journey with the Delhi government, we wish them all the luck for their future endeavors!
