The programme commenced with lamp lighting, orientation, and a welcome session. Prof. Sharad Sinha, Head, DTE, NCERT, emphasized teacher empowerment, collaboration among PM SHRI DMS schools, and effective use of NCERT textbooks. Sessions by Dr. J. K. Patidar and Dr. Priyanka Varshney focused on PM SHRI School pillars, NEP 2020, and NCF-SE 2023, highlighting learner-centred, competency-based, and inclusive education.

𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐
Dr. Gulfam introduced the Holistic Progress Card (HPC) for comprehensive learner assessment. Dr. Rezaul Karim showcased AI tools and gamification for engaging teaching-learning processes. Dr. Nimisha Beri demonstrated competency-based assessment practices using NCERT textbooks and interactive tools such as Kahoot and Mentimeter.
