Under What Authority Is the Road Proposed?
You should verify:
Is it part of the Regional Plan 2021 / 2031 of Goa Town and Country Planning Department?
Is it notified under the Goa Land Revenue Code, 1968?
Has acquisition been initiated under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013?
Was it approved by the Village Panchayat in a properly convened meeting?
