Due to the intense summer heat, citizens are requested to take necessary precautions to protect their health and well-being.
✅ Avoid going outdoors during peak sun hours (12 PM to 4 PM)
✅ Stay indoors as much as possible and remain in cool, shaded areas
✅ Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated
✅ Eat healthy and light foods such as fruits, vegetables, curd, and fresh juices
✅ Avoid oily, spicy, and junk foods during extreme heat
✅ Wear light-colored cotton clothes while stepping outside
✅ Take special care of children, elderly people, and pregnant women
