It can be through collective action such as organised by along with various agencies. The participants as well as the crowd who seen the walk may contribute a moment in their life to think and act .

To accelerate gender equality, PAHT Vithura on occasion of celebrating Women's Day teamed hands with CDS Vithura to enable them unleash their potential through an interaction session on " Digital Literacy and Women Empowerment". 137 women actively participated in the workshop, and they will take the initiative in planning and leading sessions for their development in their ward. In the presence of CDS Chairman Usha Kumari and Assistant Secretary Dr. Jijia Albert, the session was led by PAHT Vithura Convenor Arunima RJ. PAHT Volunteer Lekshmi also actively contributed to the event's success. Heartfelt gratitude is extended to CDS Vithura and the Vithura Grama Panchayat Administration for the opportunity and encouragement.

One significant contributor to violations of human rights including human trafficking, is gender disparity. Youth and adolescents must work together to create a society that is gender just. On February 6, the PAHT Vithura team interacted with students from the Govt. VHSS Vithura to build capacity and to learn how we can work together to promote a society that values and protect diversity and inclusion. Thanks to the support of NSS Unit Vithura, Vithura Grama Panchayat Administration and PAHT Volunteers and all well wisher of PAHT Vithura for making the event successful. Thanks to our Convenor Arunima RJ for leading the session.
