Observe April 14 as Day for Annihilation of Caste

Resist the Attempts of Saffron Corporate Manuvadi Fascist Forces to Appropriate Dr. Ambedkar

The Caste Annihilation Movement (CAM) has called upon people to observe April 14, the birth anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, as a day to expose the RSS agenda of saffronising Ambedkarite thought.

In 2016, the Modi government announced the “Ambedkar Panchteerth” development programme—a term coined by saffron think tanks. It includes Ambedkar’s birthplace at Mhow, the place in London where he stayed during his studies, Deekshabhoomi in Nagpur where he embraced Buddhism, the Mahaparinirvan site in Delhi where he passed away, and Chaityabhoomi in Mumbai where he was cremated. The government has also pushed forward plans to establish the Ambedkar Foundation at 15 Janpath, Delhi. At the same time, ideologues of the RSS—one of the oldest and largest fascist organisations in the world—are engaged in publishing literature falsely portraying Babasaheb Ambedkar as a proponent of a Hindu Rashtra and as anti-Muslim.

Ironically, this aggressive attempt to appropriate Dr. Ambedkar—the foremost leader of the most oppressed Dalits—is taking place at a time when a reactionary, corporate-backed saffron neo-fascism rooted in Manuvadi-Hindutva ideology is being imposed. This ideology stands in complete opposition to Ambedkar’s thought. When Ambedkar was drafting the Indian Constitution, the RSS, through its mouthpiece Organiser, was campaigning to replace it with the cruel Manusmriti—a text that treats Dalits, oppressed people, and women not as human beings but as subhumans.

Clearly, this newfound “affection” of Manuvadi reactionary forces toward Ambedkar—whom they had earlier denounced during the colonial period as the greatest enemy of Hinduism—is part of a calculated strategy to draw Dalits and other oppressed castes into the fold of Hindutva. This process of cultural appropriation seeks to conceal Ambedkar’s lifelong struggle against caste oppression and Brahmanism. It constitutes a grave ideological crime, especially at a time when atrocities against Dalits and oppressed communities are intensifying across India with the support of the ruling regime.

In this context, the Caste Annihilation Movement calls upon all progressive and democratic forces, and all oppressed sections—including Dalits, women, Adivasis, minorities, and transgender people—to expose, condemn, and resist this conspiracy of the Modi regime. One of Ambedkar’s greatest contributions—Annihilation of Caste—is precisely what these fascist forces seek to erase.

CAM appeals to all oppressed and working people, as well as democratic forces, to observe April 14 as the Day for Annihilation of Caste with the following demands/ call:

1. Resist the Brahmanical Hindutva Rashtra project of the fascist Sangh Parivar, which serves the massive plunder by corporate houses like Adani and Ambani and the destruction of 95% Bahujan indigenous people.

2. Build uncompromising struggles against caste system, untouchability, and all forms of caste discrimination, which are re-emerging in social life—in temples, monasteries, educational institutions, shops, and restaurants.

3. Oppose all saffron organisations that glorify the Brahmanical caste system, practice untouchability and inhuman caste customs, and carry out violent Hindutva campaigns against minorities, especially Muslims and Christians.

4. Abolish economic reservation and extend caste-based reservation to the private corporate sector.

5. Repeal all corporate-backed land laws and distribute government land and land held by religious institutions and monasteries to Dalits and the oppressed on the principle of “land to the tiller.”

6. Promote inter-caste and inter-religious marriages, and ensure full protection and dignity for such couples, to help build a caste-free, secular, gender-just society free from superstition and religious obscurantism.

7. Ensure that all Ambedkarite literature is published and translated in Indian languages in its original form without distortion by saffron fascists, and made available at subsidised rates.

8. Oppose the New Education Policy and the saffronisation of education. Stop the inclusion of religious texts in curricula, the distortion and communalisation of education, the attempt to promote astrology as science, and the imposition of hollow Brahmanical religious practices.

9. Implement caste census in India immediately, with highest priority, adequate budget, resources, and a concrete plan, as the Modi government has shown no real intention to carry it out.

How to Meaningfully Celebrate Ambedkar Jayanti?

Revolutionary greetings to the organizations, institutions, society, and governments preparing to celebrate the 135th birth anniversary of Dr. Babasaheb Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar.

Our wages have sunk to the depths, while their profits have soared to the skies. As a result, the economy of the country’s farmers and workers has completely collapsed. Caste discrimination, untouchability, and gender inequality have reached extreme levels. Anti-Muslim communal hatred is erupting like a volcano. The Constitution, which is the foundation of “parliamentary democracy,” is being reduced to a mere monument. The Supreme Court and Election Commission are turning into tools of right-wing forces. Liberty, fraternity, and equality are being branded as anti-national. The teachings, lives, and sacrifices of Buddha, Basavanna, and Bhagat Singh are being mocked and distorted. Those who once denied the role of water in the ocean are today denying Babasaheb’s role in drafting the Constitution! In these dangerous times, when India is being pushed toward a condition where dissent itself is suppressed, we must celebrate this Ambedkar Jayanti in a meaningful way. How?

1. Who is Dr. Ambedkar?

Many do not truly understand that Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar was a rare, unparalleled revolutionary intellect. Even many Ambedkarites do not know that he was the greatest opponent of Brahminism and capitalism—ideologies rooted in anti-human Vedic thought. Many left activists are unaware that he fought for the liberation of oppressed communities and the working class. Even among Dalits, many do not fully recognize him as the great leader who devoted his life to annihilating caste and untouchability.

The truth that he was a determined visionary who sought to establish state socialism and nationalization of land even within the constraints of parliamentary democracy is not widely known—even among political thinkers. Only recently have some feminists begun to speak about Ambedkar as a champion of women’s rights and a rebel against patriarchy. His internationalist position—supporting Soviet Russia’s Red Army under J.V. Stalin against Hi**er and Mussolini during World War II—is unknown even to many Indian communist leaders, or they are unwilling to acknowledge it.

He was a foremost leader of workers and oppressed castes, who built the Independent Labour Party and the All India Scheduled Castes Federation. He revived Buddhism—once crushed by Vedic forces—through the Navayana path. A giant of formal education and an extraordinary self-taught intellectual, he made historic contributions to anthropology, philosophy, political science, and economics. He was a great thinker, writer, and orator. The list is endless.

But Ambedkar is not a god. In the Buddhism he followed, there is no god. He believed that humans can elevate themselves through their work and character. Nor was he an “avatar.” He rejected Hindu notions of divine incarnations like Rama, Krishna, Shiva, or Shakti. He is not a “modern Manu” either—that label was given by his Vedic opponents. In 1927, he burned the Manusmriti and challenged Vedic authority. Those who once burned his effigy in Delhi’s Ramlila Maidan and declared Manusmriti as India’s Constitution are today trying to turn India into a Hindu nation. Ambedkar was a great humanist who elevated human labor and dignity above all divine constructs.

Therefore, celebrations that reduce Ambedkar Jayanti to DJ parties, idol worship, symbolic displays like blue shawls, seeking blessings, inviting his ideological opponents, or ignoring his ideological struggle against Savarkar are not meaningful. This Jayanti must aim to instill his ideas and his program of caste annihilation among the oppressed.

2. What kind of reservation did Ambedkar advocate?

The demands Ambedkar placed before British rule on behalf of the oppressed castes were powerful and justified. His concept of reservation was fundamentally about political power. He demanded that the oppressed elect their own representatives through separate electorates. He also proposed a system of double voting in reserved constituencies to ensure accountability.

The Congress and Gandhi strongly opposed this. Eventually, the British announced the Communal Award, which led to the current reservation system. Ambedkar fought for a comprehensive system, but due to conspiracies by the ruling classes, only a limited form remained.

Later, inclusion of non-SC groups into Scheduled categories weakened the system. With globalization and privatization, public sector jobs shrank and reservation weakened further. Hindu nationalist forces then began movements to abolish reservation entirely. At the same time, demands for sub-categorization based on population emerged.

While population-based reservation is justified, it has led to divisions among Dalits instead of unity against historically dominant upper castes. The 10% economic reservation is part of an agenda to dilute reservation. Unfortunately, movements have failed to strongly oppose this. Today, the very reservation that once united Dalits is dividing them—contrary to Ambedkar’s vision of social justice.

There is a need to implement internal reservation while also rethinking the entire reservation framework. Ambedkar Jayanti should become a platform for serious discussion on this.

3. For whose freedom did Ambedkar fight?

Despite all conspiracies by “upper-caste” leaders to prevent him from attending the Round Table Conferences, Ambedkar succeeded. He clearly stated: India’s freedom should not mean transfer of power to Brahmins, Banias, and Marwaris, but power to the oppressed majority.

The Congress under Gandhi primarily represented upper-caste interests. With their support, British rule lasted 200 years. The end of British rule could not become true independence for peasants, workers, Dalits, and Adivasis who fought continuously through rebellions.

Thus, the freedom Ambedkar envisioned did not reach his people. Celebrating a freedom that never truly came is hollow. The struggle for real freedom of oppressed communities continues even today. Ambedkar Jayanti must be a platform to reflect on this ongoing struggle.

4. What path did Ambedkar show for annihilation of caste?

To understand this, we must study Ambedkar’s writings and analyze present society. Caste cannot be explained only through feudal production systems—it persists even in modern institutions like Silicon Valley, IITs, and universities.

Today, global capitalism and right-wing forces are reorganizing caste structures. Neo-Brahminism is reviving caste hierarchies. Slogans like “Jai Shri Ram,” “Jai Shivaji,” “Jai Valmiki,” etc., are seen as reinforcing caste identities.

For those oppressed by caste, it is a curse—they must destroy it. Ambedkar gave three key principles:

1. Abandon caste-based occupations and settlement in separate communities.

2. Ensure each Dalit family has land and transitions into industrial labor.

3. Promote inter-caste marriages, shared dining, and social integration.

Without implementing these, caste oppression will continue. Being an Ambedkarite means actively working toward caste annihilation—organizing inter-caste marriages, collective dining, land struggles, ending caste occupations, removing caste-based names, and dismantling caste organizations.

This requires both social movements and political struggle to gain state power.

5. The depth and breadth of Ambedkar’s study

Not all working people are Dalits, but all Dalits are part of the working class—this truth must be understood. Key works of Ambedkar that must be studied include:

Superficial study is not enough. Study must be rooted in the experiences of oppressed and working people. Study circles should be formed, discussions held, and effective speakers trained to spread these ideas.

As poet Siddalingaiah described Ambedkar “the first voice of millions of oppressed people, echoing like thunder beyond skies”, we must make his ideas thunder again.

We must build a new India, free from caste, Hindutva, oppression and poverty.

साथियों,

आज हमारे देश की आत्मा पर हमला हो रहा है। हमारी गंगा-जमुनी तहजीब, साझी विरासत, मनुवाद के खिलाफ हमारा सदियों पुराना संघर्ष और डॉ. बाबासाहब आंबेडकर द्वारा निर्मित संविधान - सब कुछ खतरे में है। यह हमला किसी बाहरी शत्रु का नहीं, बल्कि अंदरूनी मनुवादी फ़ासिस्ट (तानाशाही) ताकतों का है, जो हमारे लोकतंत्र को भीतर से खोखला कर रही हैं। दस वर्षों से अधिक समय से देश में काबिज धुर-दक्षिणपंथी भाजपा - जो दुनिया के सबसे बड़े और पुराने फासीवादी संगठन राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ (आरएसएस) की राजनीतिक कठपुतली है - के राज में हमारा समाज, हमारी मिली-जुली संस्कृति और हमारा लोकतंत्र दम तोड़ रहा है। आज भारत संघी फासीवाद की मजबूत गिरफ्त में है। परिणामस्वरूप भारत की उत्पीड़ित और मेहनतकश जनता का बड़ा हिस्सा अब तक के सबसे भयानक शोषण और लूट की चपेट में है। अल्पसंख्यक (विशेषकर मुसलमान, ईसाई), दलित-आदिवासी और महिलाएं लगातार बढ़ती फासीवादी बर्बरता के सबसे बड़े शिकार बन रहे हैं। अरबपतियों की बढ़ती संख्या और कॉर्पोरेट पूँजी -एवं प्रतिक्रियावादी फासीवादी ताकतों के बीच गठजोड़ के चलते भ्रष्टाचार ने भयावह रूप धारण कर लिया है।

◾ मनुवादी संघी फासीवाद क्या है?

यह केवल एक राजनीतिक विचारधारा नहीं, बल्कि एक शोषणकारी व्यवस्था है। यह कॉर्पोरेट लुटेरों के साथ मिलकर आम जनता के हक और अधिकारों को छीन रही है। आरएसएस का सपना एक ऐसा फ़ासिस्ट हिंदू राष्ट्र बनाना है जहां मनुस्मृति पर आधारित अमानवीय जाति व्यवस्था का वर्चस्व हो। यह जाति व्यवस्था दलितों और महिलाओं को इंसान नहीं मानती और अल्पसंख्यकों को दुश्मन बताकर सताती है। आरएसएस का वैचारिक आधार अमानवीय मनुस्मृति है, जो अडानी-अंबानी जैसी महाभ्रष्ट कॉर्पोरेट पूंजी के समर्थन से अपने राजनीतिक उपकरण भाजपा के जरिए देश पर कब्जा जमाए है।

◾ फासीवाद का मूल और आरएसएस का असली चेहरा

फासीवाद एक निरंकुश और तानाशाही राजनीतिक आंदोलन है जो कॉर्पोरेट पूंजी के साथ अपवित्र गठजोड़ बनाकर जनता का दमन करता है। यह नस्लीय या धार्मिक अल्पसंख्यकों को हर समस्या के लिए जिम्मेदार ठहराता है ताकि कॉर्पोरेट लूट पर पर्दा डाला जा सके। आरएसएस इसी फासीवाद का भारतीय रूप है। इसकी स्थापना 1925 में, ठीक उसी समय हुआ जब यूरोप में हिटलर और मुसोलिनी जैसी फासीवादी शक्तियां उभर रही थीं। आरएसएस के संस्थापक बी.एस. मुंजे ने खुद इटली जाकर मुसोलिनी से मुलाकात की थी और उनके सैन्य दस्तों (गुंडों) को प्रशिक्षित करने वाली संस्था से प्रभावित होकर भारत में भोंसले मिलिटरी स्कूल की स्थापना की। इसके सबसे प्रभावशाली सरसंघचालक माधव सदाशिव गोलवलकर ने तो नाजी जर्मनी के तानाशाह हिटलर की "नस्लीय शुद्धता" की नीति की खुलेआम प्रशंसा की थी। गोलवलकर ने अपनी पुस्तक में यहां तक लिखा कि भारत में "मुस्लिम प्रश्न" को हल करने के लिए जर्मनी से सीख लेनी चाहिए। उनकी दृष्टि में भारतीय राष्ट्र केवल हिंदुओं का है जबकि मुसलमान तथा ईसाई इसके मुख्य शत्रु हैं। आरएसएस ने भारत के स्वतंत्रता संग्राम से हमेशा दूरी बनाए रखी और ब्रिटिश सरकार के प्रति वफादार रही। यह देशभक्ति नहीं, बल्कि एक सोची-समझी गद्दारी थी।

◾ डॉ. बाबा साहब आंबेडकर की चेतावनी

जिस समय आरएसएस मनुवादी हिंदुत्व का एजेंडा गढ़ रहा था, उसी समय डॉ. भीमराव आंबेडकर देश की सबसे उत्पीड़ित जनता को संगठित कर रहे थे। उन्होंने मनुस्मृति की प्रतियां जलाकर फासीवाद की नींव पर सीधा हमला किया। उन्होंने चेतावनी देते हुए कहा था कि "यदि हिंदू राज वास्तविकता बन जाता है, तो यह निस्संदेह इस देश का सबसे बड़ा दुर्भाग्य होगा।" आज उनकी यह चेतावनी कड़वी सच्चाई बन चुकी है। आरएसएस जिसका वैचारिक आधार मनुस्मृति है, का संघर्ष किसी राजनीतिक दल के खिलाफ नहीं, बल्कि सीधे संविधान और बाबासाहब के सपनों के भारत के खिलाफ है।

◾ कॉर्पोरेट-हिंदुत्व गठजोड़: आर्थिक लूट और धोखा

आज देश में बेरोजगारी और महंगाई अपने चरम पर है। देश के पढ़े लिखे युवा चाय की दुकान खोलने और पकोड़े बेचने को मज़बूर हैं। अंतर्राष्ट्रीय श्रम संगठन (ILO) की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, भारत में लगभग 83% शिक्षित युवा बेरोजगार हैं। बड़ी संख्या में मज़दूर न्यूतम मज़दूरी भी नहीं पाते है। इस लूट और निराशा से ध्यान भटकाने के लिए फासीवादी ताकतें एक ओर जनता को मंदिर-मस्जिद, इस्लामोफोबिया (मुसलमानों के खिलाफ नफ़रत) और सांप्रदायिक ध्रुवीकरण जैसे भावनात्मक मुद्दों में उलझाए रखती हैं। वहीं दूसरी तरफ 'राष्ट्र की संपत्ति' अपने चहेते पूंजीपतियों को सौंपने का काम करती हैं। इसी सरकार ने पिछले एक दशक में 16 लाख करोड़ रुपये से अधिक का कार्पोरेट ऋण माफ किया है। साफ जाहिर है कि मोदी सरकार का वास्तविक उद्देश्य जनता का कल्याण नहीं, कार्पोरेट घरानों की सेवा करना है।

◾ लोकतंत्र और संघीय ढांचे पर हमला

फासीवाद केवल सामाजिक विभाजन तक सीमित नहीं है, यह हमारी संवैधानिक संस्थाओं पर भी हमला कर रहा है। संसद को महज एक दिखावा बना दिया गया है, जहां उचित प्रक्रिया के बिना विधेयक पारित होते हैं। न्यायपालिका और चुनाव आयोग पर भी नियंत्रण कायम किया जा रहा है। जहां एक ओर चुनाव आयोग वोट चोरी करने में भाजपा/आरएसएस की मदद कर रहा है वहीं न्यायाधीश अपने निर्णयों में मनुस्मृति और ब्राम्हणवादी धर्मशास्त्रों का हवाला देकर निर्णय दे रहे हैं। जीएसटी ने पहले ही राज्यों की शक्ति कमजोर कर दी है। अब 'एक राष्ट्र, एक पुलिस', 'एक राष्ट्र, एक चुनाव' जैसी नीतियां राज्यों की स्वायत्तता को समाप्त करके सत्ता का पूर्ण केंद्रीकरण चाहती हैं।

◾ संघर्ष का आह्वान: एकजुटता और प्रतिरोध

साथियों! जब आरएसएस फासीवाद अपनी शताब्दी मना रहा है, तो हम चुप नहीं रह सकते। हमें भाजपा/आरएसए के वैचारिक आधार मनुस्मृति और भौतिक आधार नवउदारवादी कार्पोरेट लूट दोनों के खिलाफ संघर्ष करना होगा। यह समय है कि हम सब अपने सभी मतभेदों को भुलाकर एक मजबूत जन प्रतिरोध खड़ा करें। यह संघर्ष केवल राजनीतिक दलों का नहीं है, बल्कि मजदूर, किसान, उत्पीड़ित महिलाएं, दलित, अल्पसंख्यक, आदिवासी और सभी प्रगतिशील-जनवादी शक्तियों का है। यह लड़ाई आसान नहीं है, लेकिन इतिहास गवाह है कि जब-जब जनता ने अन्याय के विरुद्ध आवाज उठाई है, तब-तब क्रूर से क्रूर शासकों को झुकना पड़ा है। हम डॉ. आंबेडकर और भगत सिंह की विरासत को आगे ले जाने और शहीदों के सपनों का भारत बनाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं। यह जन सम्मेलन केवल शुरुआत है। आज समय की पुकार है कि फ़ासीवाद विरोधी सभी ताकतें एकजुट हों।

नई दिल्ली,24 सितंबर 2025। जाति उन्मूलन आंदोलन ( Caste Annihilation Movement) ने योगी सरकार द्वारा उत्तर प्रदेश में जाति के नाम पर बोलने,संगठित होने और जुलूस निकालने या कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने पर प्रतिबंध लगाने को घोर फासीवादी कदम कहा है। ऐसा कहा जा रहा है कि यह इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट के आदेश की रोशनी में किया गया है।लेकिन इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट ने जाति के आधार पर संगठन करने या प्रदर्शन जुलूस निकालने पर प्रतिबंध के बारे में कुछ नहीं कहा था।कुछ लोग योगी सरकार के इस आदेश को प्रगतिशील मानने की गलती कर रहे हैं। लेकिन भारत की सच्चाई यह है कि यहाँ प्रभुत्वशाली ब्राम्हणवादी सवर्ण जातियाँ ही राज्य सत्ता और कॉरपोरेट, न्यायपालिका, प्रशासन, पुलिस, सेना, संस्कृति, सम्पत्ति और उत्पादन के साधनों पर पूरा नियंत्रण रखती हैं।

आज फासीवाद का वैचारिक आधार ही मनुवादी/ ब्राम्हणवादी जातिवाद है।उत्तर प्रदेश में सत्ता पर काबिज़ यही ताकतें निर्मम मनुवादी जातिव्यवस्था के आधार पर हिंदुराष्ट्र स्थापित करने जा रही हैं।

ऐसे में उत्पीड़ित जातियों का दायित्व है कि वे क्रूर मनुस्मृति आधारित इस जातिवाद को बेनक़ाब करें। इसके बिना फासीवाद और अमानवीय शोषणकारी व्यवस्था के ख़िलाफ़ लड़ाई संभव ही नहीं है। योगी आदित्यनाथ का यह आदेश इसी चर्चा और उस पर आधारित राजनीतिक कार्रवाई को रोकने के लिए है। यह उत्पीड़ित जातियों की अस्मिता को ही कुचलने की साज़िश है।

सवर्ण कुलीन अभिजात्य वर्ग को अपने अधिकारों के लिए न बोलने, न संगठित होने की आवश्यकता है, क्योंकि पूरा तंत्र उनके ही कब्ज़े में है। लेकिन शोषित उत्पीड़ित जातियों का कर्तव्य है कि वे संगठित हों और इस ढाँचे को तोड़ें। अन्यथा उनके लिए मुक्ति असंभव होगी।साथ ही एक जाति विहीन, शोषणहीन ,धर्मनिरपेक्ष, लैंगिक समानता युक्त, वैज्ञानिक चेतना युक्त समाज निर्माण की लड़ाई भी संभव नहीं हो सकती।
इसलिए जाति उन्मूलन आंदोलन,इस आदेश को एक घिनौना, निंदनीय और घोर फासीवादी कदम मानकर इसकी निंदा करती है।

Condemn Yogi’s Heinous Fascist Ban on Caste-Based Expression and Organising!
- Caste Annihilation Movement (CAM)

New Delhi,24 th September 2025. The recent order by the Yogi regime banning speaking, organising, or holding processions in the name of caste in U.P. is nothing but a heinous fascist assault on the oppressed people of this country.

Some may misinterpret this move as “progressive.” But the reality in India is that the dominant brahminical upper castes already control state power, corporate wealth, judiciary, administration, police, military, and culture. They own and dictate the means of production and distribution. Today, the very ideological foundation of fascism in India is Manuvadi/ Bramhinical casteism.

For the oppressed castes, speaking out against caste oppression and organising struggles is not a privilege but a necessity. Without exposing and fighting casteism based on cruel Manusmriti, there can be no fight against fascism and the exploitative system it protects. Yogi’s order is meant precisely to stop such discussions, prevent political actions, and silence the oppressed communities themselves.

This ban does not affect the elite upper castes—they do not need to organise for their “rights,” as they already rule. It is the oppressed who must unite, assert their identity, and break the chains of caste oppression. To ban them from doing so is to deny them liberation itself.

We condemn this move in the strongest terms. It is a direct attack on democracy, social justice, egalitarian society and the struggle for caste annihilation. It must be resisted and defeated through united people’s action.

जाति व्यवस्था के उन्मूलन के लिए ऐतिहासिक जन कन्वेंशन का आयोजन, एकजुट हुई प्रगतिशील ताकतें

दिल्ली में हुए सम्मेलन में जाति और वर्ग संघर्ष को अविभाज्य बताते हुए एक रणनीतिक कार्यदिशा तैयार हुई।

नई दिल्ली, 21 सितंबर 2025: जाति व्यवस्था के क्रांतिकारी उन्मूलन की दिशा में एक ऐतिहासिक कदम के रूप में, कल, 20 सितंबर को अम्बेडकर भवन, नई दिल्ली में "जाति उन्मूलन: दशा और दिशा" विषय पर एक व्यापक जन कन्वेंशन का सफल आयोजन किया गया। जाति उन्मूलन आंदोलन ( ) और जाति उन्मूलन संगठन ( ) के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में आयोजित इस सम्मेलन में दिल्ली, उत्तर प्रदेश, पंजाब, मध्य प्रदेश और छत्तीसगढ़ सहित देशभर के विभिन्न प्रगतिशील, वामपंथी, अम्बेडकरवादी संगठनों के सैकड़ों कार्यकर्ताओं, बुद्धिजीवियों और सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओं ने भाग लिया। इसका उद्देश्य भारत में जातिगत उत्पीड़न की वर्तमान चुनौतीपूर्ण स्थिति का विश्लेषण करना और एक जाति-विहीन, समतामूलक समाज की ओर बढ़ने का रास्ता तय करना था।

सम्मेलन की अध्यक्षता संयुक्त अध्यक्ष मंडल द्वारा की गई, जिसमें जाति उन्मूलन संगठन के संयोजक कॉमरेड जे. पी. नरेला, कॉमरेड बुद्धिश मणि, जाति उन्मूलन आंदोलन के अखिल भारतीय संयोजक कॉमरेड तुहिन, केंद्रीय समिति सदस्य कॉमरेड शंकर, जाति उन्मूलन आंदोलन मध्य प्रदेश के संयोजक कॉमरेड विजय और अखिल भारतीय क्रांतिकारी महिला संगठन ( ) की केंद्रीय समिति सदस्य कॉमरेड नीरजा शामिल थीं। सम्मेलन का संचालन अखिल भारतीय क्रांतिकारी विद्यार्थी संगठन ( ) के अखिल भारतीय संयोजक कॉमरेड निरंजन ने और जाति उन्मूलन संगठन (CAO) के प्रमुख जे पी नरेला ने संयुक्त रूप से किया।

सम्मेलन का आरंभ बंगाल के प्रसिद्ध जन गायक एवं क्रांतिकारी सांस्कृतिक मंच ( ) के अखिल भारतीय संयोजक कॉमरेड असीम गिरी द्वारा प्रस्तुत क्रांतिकारी गीतों से हुआ। इसके पश्चात , मध्य प्रदेश के कलाकारों कॉमरेड संदीप, रागिनी, स्मृति, धीरज, राजनती और शैतान सिंह ने जातिवाद, साम्प्रदायिकता और शोषण के खिलाफ जनवादी गीतों की एक मार्मिक प्रस्तुति दी, जिसने पूरे सभागार में एक जनवादी और संघर्षशील माहौल का सृजन किया।

सम्मेलन को संबोधित करते हुए कॉमरेड जे. पी. नरेला ने कहा, “1936 में जात पात तोड़क मंडल द्वारा बाबासाहेब को रोके जाने के बाद उन्होंने 'एनिहिलेशन ऑफ कास्ट' लिखी थी। उनका स्पष्ट मानना था कि ब्राह्मणवाद और पूंजीवाद से एकसाथ लड़े बिना एक लोकतांत्रिक समाज का निर्माण असंभव है। लेकिन अम्बेडकर के नाम पर राजनीति करने वाले कथित दलित आंदोलन ने भी उनके विचारों और दृष्टिकोण को त्याग दिया है। डॉ अम्बेडकर ने उद्योगों और जमीन के राष्ट्रीयकरण को जरूरी बताया, वे भूमिहीनों को जमीन बांटने और क्रांतिकारी भूमि सुधार लागू करने के पक्षधर थे। आज का यह कन्वेंशन उसी क्रांतिकारी विरासत को आगे बढ़ाने और सभी प्रगतिशील ताकतों को एक मंच पर लाने का एक प्रयास है।”

कॉमरेड तुहिन ने अपने वक्तव्य में कहा, “जाति अब सिर्फ भारत तक सीमित नहीं है, यह सिलिकॉन वैली तक में अपना जहर फैला चुकी है। आरएसएस जैसा मनुवादी संगठन राजनीतिक सत्ता पर काबिज होकर देश को एक फासीवादी हिंदू राष्ट्र में बदलने पर तुला है। इसके उन्मूलन के बिना भारत में कोई भी क्रांति अधूरी रहेगी। इसे एक रणनीतिक लड़ाई के रूप में लड़ना होगा।”

कॉमरेड शंकर ने ऐतिहासिक संदर्भ देते हुए कहा, “भारत में वर्ग संघर्ष का इतिहास ही ब्राह्मणवादी शासक वर्ग और श्रमण परंपरा (बुद्ध, कबीर, फुले, पेरियार, अंबेडकर) की टक्कर का इतिहास रहा है। हमें इस शानदार परंपरा को मजबूती से आगे बढ़ाना होगा और आरएसएस के मनुवादी एजेंडे का पूरी शिद्दत से प्रतिरोध करना होगा।”

कॉमरेड नीरजा ने महिलाओं पर पड़ने वाले प्रभाव पर प्रकाश डालते हुए कहा, “मनुस्मृति आधारित हिंदुराष्ट्र की परिकल्पना दलितों, आदिवासियों और महिलाओं के लिए और भी भयावह होगी। हाथरस से लेकर बिलकिस बानो तक की घटनाएं इसकी जीती-जागती मिसाल हैं। जाति और पितृसत्ता का उन्मूलन एक ही सिक्के के दो पहलू हैं।”

कॉमरेड बुद्धिश मणि ने आर्थिक पहलू को रेखांकित करते हुए कहा, “देश की 85% आबादी आज भी जातिगत भेदभाव झेल रही है, जबकि देश की संपदा और सत्ता पर एक छोटे से उच्च जातीय अभिजात वर्ग का कब्जा है। EWS आरक्षण जैसे कदम संविधान के मूल चरित्र पर हमला हैं और जाति आधारित जनगणना का विरोध इसलिए हो रहा है क्योंकि यह इस असमानता को उजागर करेगी।”

कॉमरेड विजय ने रणनीति पर बोलते हुए कहा, “जाति का सवाल हमारे लिए रणनीतिक (strategical) है, न कि सिर्फ कार्यनीतिक (tactical)। यह भारतीय संदर्भ में क्रांति का अभिन्न अंग है, इससे अलग नहीं।”

सम्मेलन में सर्वहारा जन मोर्चा के कॉमरेड मुकेश असीम, IFTU सर्वहारा की कॉमरेड विदुषी, सामाजिक न्याय मोर्चा उत्तर प्रदेश के संयोजक एडवोकेट रमाशंकर भीम, IFTU के कॉमरेड मृगांक, DTI के प्रोफेसर उमा, कॉमरेड नन्हेलाल, क्रांतिकारी मजदूर मोर्चा के कॉमरेड सत्यवीर सिंह, जाति उन्मूलन आंदोलन पंजाब के कॉमरेड नछतर सिंह, प्रोफेसर अश्विनी सुकरात, कॉमरेड सुभाशीष, संतोष कठेरिया, मुन्ना प्रसाद, रजत कलेक्टिव, आयुष हिमखंड, ज्ञानेंद्र, AITUC के विवेक श्रीवास्तव, सोमपाल और JSSN के अर्जुन सहित कई अन्य वक्ताओं ने भी अपने महत्वपूर्ण विचार रखे।

सम्मेलन के अंत में जाति उन्मूलन आंदोलन, मध्य प्रदेश के कॉमरेड फहीम सरफरोश द्वारा एक प्रस्ताव पेश किया गया, जिसे सर्वसम्मति से पारित किया गया। प्रस्ताव में एक जाति-विहीन, शोषण-विहीन, धर्मनिरपेक्ष, लैंगिक समानता पर आधारित, वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण वाले समतावादी समाज के निर्माण के लिए संघर्ष को तेज करने का संकल्प लिया गया। इस उद्देश्य की प्राप्ति के लिए सभी जाति-विरोधी प्रगतिशील ताकतों के बीच समन्वय स्थापित करने हेतु एक समन्वय समिति के गठन का भी प्रस्ताव पारित किया गया।

Our nation’s soul is under siege. Our cherished Ganga-Jamuni culture of Hindu-Muslim unity, our shared heritage, our centuries-long fight against Manuwad (caste oppression rooted in the Manusmriti), and the Constitution crafted by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar are all at risk. This threat comes not from an external foe but from internal Manuwadi fascist forces that are eroding our democracy from within. For over a decade, the ultra-right-wing BJP, a political arm of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS)—the world’s oldest and largest fascist organization—has ruled the country. Under its grip, our society, composite culture, and democracy are struggling to survive. India is now tightly ensnared by Sanghi fascism, leaving the oppressed and working-class masses facing unprecedented exploitation and plunder. Minorities, especially Muslims and Christians, Dalits, Adivasis, and women, bear the brunt of escalating fascist brutality. The unholy alliance between billionaires, corporate capital, and reactionary fascist forces has fueled corruption to alarming levels.

◾ What is Manuwadi Sanghi Fascism?

It is not merely a political ideology but an exploitative system that, in collusion with corporate plunderers, strips away the rights of ordinary people. The RSS envisions a fascist Hindu nation dominated by the inhumane caste system of the Manusmriti, which dehumanizes Dalits and women and persecutes minorities by branding them as enemies. Rooted in the regressive Manusmriti and backed by corrupt corporate giants like Adani and Ambani, the RSS uses the BJP as its political tool to tighten its grip on the nation.

◾ The Roots of Fascism and the True Face of the RSS

Fascism is an authoritarian movement that partners with corporate capital to oppress the masses, scapegoating racial or religious minorities to mask corporate greed. The RSS embodies this fascism in India. Founded in 1925, it rose alongside European fascist movements led by figures like Hi**er and Mussolini. RSS founder B.S. Moonje, inspired by Mussolini’s paramilitary squads during a visit to Italy, established the Bhonsle Military School in India. The RSS’s influential leader, Madhav Sadashiv Golwalkar, openly admired Hi**er’s “racial purity” policies, suggesting in his writings that India adopt similar measures to address the “Muslim question.” In his view, India belongs solely to Hindus, with Muslims and Christians as primary adversaries. The RSS consistently distanced itself from India’s freedom struggle, remaining loyal to British rule—a deliberate act of betrayal, not patriotism.

◾ Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s Warning

While the RSS advanced its Manuwadi Hindutva agenda, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar mobilized India’s most oppressed communities. By publicly burning the Manusmriti, he struck at the roots of fascism. He warned, “If Hindu Raj becomes a reality, it will be the greatest misfortune for this nation.” Today, his warning rings true. The RSS, grounded in the Manusmriti, wages a battle not against a political party but against the Constitution and Ambedkar’s vision of India.

◾ The Corporate-Hindutva Nexus: Economic Plunder and Deceit

Unemployment and inflation have reached record highs. Educated youth are forced to sell tea or pakoras. According to the International Labour Organization, 83% of educated Indian youth are jobless. Many workers earn below the minimum wage. To divert attention from this exploitation, fascist forces entangle the public in divisive issues like temple-mosque disputes, Islamophobia, and communal polarization, while handing the nation’s wealth to favored capitalists. Over the past decade, the government has waived corporate loans worth over ₹16 lakh crore, revealing its true aim: serving corporate interests, not the public.

◾ Assault on Democracy and Federalism

Fascism extends beyond social division, targeting our constitutional institutions. Parliament has become a hollow formality, with bills passed without due process. The judiciary and Election Commission face increasing control. The Election Commission aids the BJP/RSS in electoral malpractices, while judges cite the Manusmriti and Brahmanical texts in rulings. GST has weakened state powers, and policies like “One Nation, One Police” and “One Nation, One Election” seek to centralize authority, dismantling state autonomy.

◾ Call to Action: Unity and Resistance

Friends, as the RSS marks a century of fascism, we cannot remain silent. We must resist both its ideological foundation—the Manusmriti—and its material base, neoliberal corporate plunder. Now is the time to set aside differences and build a united people’s resistance. This struggle belongs not only to political parties but to workers, farmers, oppressed women, Dalits, minorities, Adivasis, and all progressive-democratic forces. The fight is not easy, but history proves that when people rise against injustice, even the mightiest tyrants yield. We are committed to advancing the legacy of Dr. Ambedkar and Bhagat Singh to build the India of our martyrs’ dreams. This people’s conference is just the beginning. The call of the hour is for all anti-fascist forces to unite.
