Kumari Anjali, grand daughter of Late Ramdhayn Prasad Singh and daughter of Late Srimati Devi and Late Samnendra Kumar Sharma, village Parsa, Naubatpur, once again topped at the most prestigious WorldQuant University, USA. This is her third Master degree, known as Master of Financial Engineering, one of the toughest degree across the globe, where the brightest minds of 70 countries and graduates of top universities such as Stanford, Princeton, NUS, HKUST, Tokyo, IIT, IIM, and many more, study, collaborate and compete with each other.

Being a topper at the WorldQuant University, USA, she has illuminated the name of her village Parsa, Naubatpur as well as our country on the topmost educational platform and quant fraternity. Last year, she was awarded for professional achievement at the National Institute of Securities Market, Mumbai, which is the premier academic institute of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Govt. of India.

विदेश में रोजगार के लिए उत्‍प्रवास :

ईसीआर/ ईसीएनआर स्‍थिति

उत्‍प्रवास अधिनियम, 1983 में यह प्रावधान है कि भारत का कोई भी नागरिक उत्‍प्रवासियों के संरक्षक से उत्‍प्रवास की अनुमति के बिना प्रवास नहीं करेगा। उसी प्रकार यह माना गया कि कतिपय देशों (वर्तमान में 17) में विदेशियों के लिए प्रवेश और रोजगार संबंधी कानून कड़े नहीं है। वे शिकायत निवारण के उपाय भी नहीं प्रदान करते। अत: उन्‍हें उत्‍प्रवास जांच आवश्‍यक (ईसीआर) देशों के रूप में वर्गीकृत किया गया है। इस प्रकार सभी व्‍यक्‍ति जिनके पास ईसीआर पृष्‍ठांकित पासपोर्ट है तथा वे रोजगार के लिए 17 ईसीआर आवश्‍यक वाले देशों में जा रहे हैं, को उत्‍प्रवास संबंधी मंजूरी लेनी होगी। तथापि, ईसीआर पासपोर्ट धारी व्‍यक्‍ति, जो रोजगार से इतर किसी अन्‍य प्रयोजन के लिए किसी ईसीआर देश में जा रहे हैं, के लिए उत्‍प्रवास मंजूरी आवश्‍यक नहीं है। पासपोर्टों पर ईसीएनआर का विशेष उल्‍लेख नहीं होता है तथा ईसीएनआर से संबंधित किसी भी व्‍यक्‍ति का स्‍वत: ईसीआर का पृष्‍ठांकन नहीं होता है।

ईसीआएएस की समाप्ति

पर्यटन / भ्रमण वीजा पर विदेश जाने वाले ईसीआर पासपोर्ट धारक यात्रियों का आवश्‍यक असुविधा और उत्‍पीड़न से छुटकारा दिलाने के लिए ईसीआर निलंबन (ईसीआरएस) प्रणाली को 1 अक्‍टूबर, 2007 से समाप्‍त कर दिया गया है। किसी भी छूट प्राप्‍त देश को किसी भी प्रकार के वीजा पर यात्रा करने वाले ईसीआर/ ईसीएनआर पासपोर्ट धारकों को पीओई कार्यालय से मंजूरी लेनी आवश्‍यक नहीं है।

प्रवासी भारतीय कार्य मंत्रालय के अधीन उत्‍प्रवासियों का संरक्षक कार्यालय उन लोगों को उत्‍प्रवास संबंधी मंजूरी देता है जिनके पास ईसीआर पासपोर्ट होता है और जो किसी निर्धारित देश (ईसीआर देश) में रोजगार वीजा पर जा रहे हैं।

रोजगार वीजा से इतर किसी अन्‍य वीजा पर किसी अधिसूचित देश (ईसीआर देश) को जाने वाले ईसीआर पासपोर्ट धारकों को एयरपोर्ट पर निम्‍नलिखित दस्‍तावेज दिखाने पर यात्रा की अनुमति दी जाएगी:

मान्‍य यात्रा/ अधिवास/ अध्‍ययन वीजा आदि
वापसी का टिकट

अर्थात – जब धरती पर स्थापित धर्म की हानि हो जाती है और उसके स्थान पर अधर्म और गंदी शक्तिया हावी हो जाती है तो मैं अवतार लेकर धरा पर उतर आता हूँ। मैं हर युग में अधर्म द्वारा धर्म को पहुँचाई गई हानि को दूर करने और साधु-संतों की रक्षा के लिए अवतार लेता हूँ। इस प्रकार मैं धर्म की फिर से स्थपना के साथ ही राक्षसों सरीखे दुष्टों को तहस- नहस कर देता हूँ।

PATNA METRO RAIL :
The detailed project report (DPR) for the Patna metro will be ready by October 31, state urban development minister Samrat Choudhary said on Saturday.

It (Patna metro) is estimated to cost Rs 17,000 crore.

Initially the metro rail will be run on two routes in the city, followed by other routes at a later stage.

A Patna Metro Rail Corporation on the lines of the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation will be formed for monitoring the construction.

An interim report on the project would be sent to the union urban development ministry soon for approval, the minister said.

Patna is home to more than two million people, and congestion is a serious problem on the city's overcrowded lanes.

Draft Master Plan for Patna:

The proposed Patna planning area would have an area of 1,144.92 sqkm. It would spread across 13 community development blocks — Bihta, Danapur, Khagaul, Daniyawan, Danaura, Fatuha, Khusraupur, Maner, Masaurhi, Naubatpur, Phulwarisharif, Punpun and Sampatchak. These 13 blocks are spread over five urban local bodies — Patna Municipal Corporation, and nagar panchayats of Danapur, Phulwarisharif, Maner and Fatuha.
