It is with profound sorrow that we share the passing of my beloved husband Shri Shirish Jayant Kardile, on 28/09/2024. A legendary, genius, a stalwart, a Global hero, and one of it's kind of a Consulting Civil engineer, (COEP, batch 1982), specializing in designing water and waste water treatment plant, packaged treatment plants, Govt. & Private sector, by continuing legacy of his father, Dr. Jayant N. Kardile (research engineer and a public health officer MERI, Nashik, Chief Eng. Govt. of Maharashtra), PhD in innovating low-cost, non-mechanical, unconventional methodology for developing countries, a patent holder for the same (PhD between 1959-1970), was on his mission for providing safe/pure drinking water to every household, reaching remote areas, travelling thousands of miles to reach to the end-user...recently completed very important manual revision for Govt. of India - CPHEEO for "Augmentation and upgradation of water treatment plants", a special award by DSIR "Young Consultants Award" by Ministry of Science and Technology, Govt. of India- 1988-89

Saluting, more than 70 years of the father and son devotion and their mission in pure drinking water, we have decided to continue and fulfil their dreams of the empire they built- named "K CONSULTATION", I have taken the responsibility as a new proprietor and have arranged a TRIBUTE PROGRAM in Pune on 20th Oct. All seminars can be attended by anyone interested, the Training modules are 3 months minimum and requires some knowledge beforehand, so we have arranged step-by-step to guide those genuinely interested in pursuing, saving people's time, money and energy, the points as follows-
*UMACE, & UMACE-VIP are the screening tests and used only by Psychologists, and for training, it's mandatory to attend Psych seminars-no 3,5,8, and Neuro all 5 seminars, + UMACE workshops, then training can be taken.
*BrainNext training anybody can do, but above mentioned seminars and BrainNext workshops attendance is mandatory to understand the application in 3 months basic training modules.
*All Seminars are designed for anyone interested to know the subjects

"BrainNext" tools work on creating and retrieving memory and cognitive capacity in the weak neurons, (foundation - synaptic plasticity), that sustains, making neuronal connections healthier to learn new information independently.

I am thankful to IFNRCON 2024 International conference at JIPMAR Pondicherry, 12-14 April'24, for the opportunity to present research paper titled - Quality of life and Work Re-integration
for Post-Traumatic Brain Injury & Persons with Epilepsy: Systematic cognitive rehabilitation with “BrainNext” rehab program", to raise the issue of "WORK INTEGRATION" for persons with Epilepsy and persons suffering from head trauma or brain related traumatic injury (road/industrial accidents/surgeries/Post-Covid-brain issues/spine injuries etc.)

We have observed that due to lack of understanding about epilepsy and Post-Traumatic - brain conditions & lack of knowledge about functional cognitive incapacities the private and Corporate world is unable to re-integrate these populations into the work environment after these disabilities occur.
Based upon the experiences of our patients and caregivers, we are pleased to announce our special seminar and training for private & corporate sector to understand the post-disability conditions and inclusion in the society/work environment. Thank you.
