In the result, the accused is found guilty of the offences punishable under Sections 448,342, 376 (2) (n),506 of IPC and Sec.5 (l) r/w 6 Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act-2012. Accordingly, he is convicted under Section 235 (2) Cr.P.C for the said offences.
the accused is sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for a period of Twenty (20) years and to pay a fine of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) and in default of payment of fine amount, he shall suffer Simple Imprisonment for a period of six (6) months for the offence under Section 5 (l) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 which is punishable under Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
He is further sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of 01 (one year) and pay fine of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only)in default of payment of fine amount he has shall suffer Simple Imprisonment for a period of one (1) month for the offence under *Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
He is further sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment of one (01) year and pay fine of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) in default of payment of fine he has to further undergo Simple Imprisonment for a period of one (1) month for the offence under Section 342 of the Indian Penal Code.

The fine amount of Rs25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) shall be paid to the victim girl/Pw-2 towards compensation for her pain and suffering. The remand period .
punishable under Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act for committing aggravated penetrative sexual assault on the victim girl, this Court is of the considered opinion that the victim girl has to be compensated for her sufferance both physical and mental and as such an amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten lakhs Only) is decided as compensation amount. Therefore, the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, is directed to take steps for payment of the said compensation amount of Rs.10,00,000/- to the victim girl at the earliest.

20 Years+1Year+1 Year+ 1 year =23 Years & Rs. 40,000 /-
total fine amount shall be paid to the victim girl/PW-2 towards compensation for her pain and suffering.
