Ashirwad Women’s Club Plantation Programme

On 12 August, Ashirwad Women’s Club organised its third plantation drive of the season at Alookhet, Nainital.Nearly 30 saplings of different species were planted during the programme.

We were privileged again to have the guidance of renowned environmentalist Mr. Yashpal Rawat, who shared valuable insights on the importance of trees and their vital role in maintaining ecological balance. His words inspired all of us.

It was a simple yet meaningful effort by the club towards a greener and cleaner Nainital.

Our next plantation drive was held at Alookhet on 23/07/26,under the supervision of environmentalist Mr. Yashpal Rawat. Around 100 saplings were planted by our members and volunteers.

The plantation included native tree species such as Oak, Deodar, Titos, Pagar, and others. The event was a great success and reflected our shared commitment to protecting the environment and increasing green cover.

We thank all our members, volunteers, and Mr. Yashpal Rawat for their guidance and valuable support in making this initiative successful.

Ashirwad Club Plantation Program2026

On 26/06/2026, Ashirwad Club organized a plantation program at Bhumiyadhar Hanuman Temple. Members planted saplings of Morpankhi, Madhu Kamini, Champa, Mogra, Ekas, Rose, Chandni, Savani, and other plants.

The program was a step towards protecting nature and making the temple surroundings greener and more beautiful.

Today, Ashirwad Club visited Pangot village for a community outreach drive. We donated old clothes as requested by the villagers, and gifted each lady a 5 litre Milton water jug. School children received school bags and pencil boxes to support their education. Around 30 ladies were given the clothes and water coolers.Ramkrishna Shafa mission’s mataji was the guest of honour.We wrapped up the visit with hot chai and snacks shared together. It was a truly satisfying experience to connect and serve.

Hello everyone!!
On 24th March, our team visited the local primary school at Gaushala, Mallital, to celebrate Navratri Kanya Pujan. We distributed sweatshirts to 48 children and shared refreshments with them. On 18th November, Nainital was explored by Mr. Peter Barron; it is therefore observed as Nainital's birthday in later years. Ashirwad Club celebrated Nainital's birthday with government primary school (Gaushala) children, spreading joy and sweetness 🎂👧🏻. Cake cutting and refreshing juices made the day special for the little ones 🎉.
