🎯 1. Teaching Style बदलें
सिर्फ “चैप्टर खत्म” करना लक्ष्य नहीं होना चाहिए
👉 फोकस करें: बच्चा समझा या नहीं?
✔ Real-life examples का उपयोग करें
✔ Students को सवाल पूछने दें
✔ Board + Activity दोनों का balance रखें
📊 2. Day 1 से Student Analysis शुरू करें
पहले 10 दिन सबसे महत्वपूर्ण होते हैं
👉 हर छात्र को 3 category में बाँटें:
• Strong
• Average
• Weak
✔ सभी को एक जैसा न पढ़ाएँ – strategy अलग रखें
💡 3. Class Rules शुरुआत में ही सेट करें
👉 Discipline बाद में control नहीं होता
✔ Homework compulsory
✔ Talking limit
✔ Respect rule
⚠️ पहले हफ्ते में rule set नहीं किया तो साल भर समस्या होगी

The Result Day as well as Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) was successfully conducted today, bringing together parents and teachers to discuss students’ progress, strengths, and areas of improvement.

Meaningful conversations, shared goals, and collaborative efforts made this event truly impactful.
