Now it's time for another dish .
It's simple to cook called Tuvar Dal ( origins from Gujarat )

List of item needed .

1) 7 cup water
2) 1 1/2 cups oily red gram washed
3) 1teaspoon turmeric powder
4) 5 1/2 teaspoon salt
6) 1 tablespoons red chilli power
7) 1 1/2 tablespoons coriander power
8) 65 gms jaggery crushed .
9) 1 medium (100gm ) Tomato chopped
10) 5 green chillies slit
11) 7pieces cocum washed
12) 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves chopped tempering
13) 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
14) 1 tea spoon mustard seeds .
15) 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds .
16) 2 whole dry red chillies .
17) 1 spring curry leaves
18) A large pinch asafoetida .

Now follow this procedure as mentioned .

1 ) pour 4 cup water into cooker . Add red gram , turmeric powder and salt . Stir once .

2) Close cooker . Bring to full pressure on high heat . Reduce heat and cook for 3 minutes .

3) Remove cooker from heat . Allow to cool naturally .

4) Open cooker . Mash dal well with back of a ladle to blend with liquid.

5) place cooker with dal on high heat . Add remaining water (3 cups) and all other ingredients except those for tempering . Brings to boil . Reduce heat and cook for about 5 minutes , stirring occasionally .

6) For tempering ,heat oil in a pan for about 1 minutes . Add mustard and cumin seeds . When. Cracking , add chillies , curry leaves and asafoetida . Stir for a few second and pour over dal . Stir and serve hot .

Now your dish is ready .

Recipe of (Bengal Gram with Coconut) .

Time required in pressure cooker is 3min .

Item required listted below.

1) 2 tablespoons Ghee.
2) One by four cup Coconut cut into 1/4 cm. Thick 1/2 cm. Squares
3) 5 tablespoons mustard oil
4) 4 whole dry red chilli
5) 3 Bay leaves
6) 6 Cloves
7) 2 sticks (2 1/2 cm. Each ). Cinnamon.
8) 4 Green cardamons.
9) 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
10) 10 gm Ginger chopped .
11) 6 Green Chillies slit .
12) 15 gm Jaggery crushed .
13) 2 cups Bengal Gram washed .
14) 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder .
15) 3 1/2 tea spoon salt .
16) 3 1/2 cups Water .

Now follow the procedure . As mentioned

1) In pan , heat 1 tea spoon ghee for about 1 minutes . Add coconut pieces and fry till light brown . Remove and keep aside .

2) Heat oil in cooker about 2min . Add red chillies , bay leaves ,cloves ,cinnamon cardamoms and cumin seeds .Stir for a few second . Add fried coconut and all other ingredients except water and remaining ghee ( 1table spoon ). Stir and fry for about 2min . Add water .Stir once.

3) Close cooker . Bring to full pressure on high heat . Reduce heat and cook for 3minutes.

4) Open cooker . Pour remaining ghee (1 tablespoons ) evenly over dal .Serve hot .

And your dish is ready .

रिव्यू: अगर आप सुशांत के फैन हैं तो बहुत रो चुके उनको याद करके, यह फिल्म आपको सुशांत के लिए हंसना सिखाएगी। सुशांत को देखकर आपका मन खुश हो जाएगा। मैनी के रोल में शायद सुशांत से बेहतर कोई हो ही नहीं सकता था। सुशांत का पहला सीन निश्चित तौर पर फैन्स को इमोशनल कर जाएगा। मैनी एक मस्तमौला लड़का है जिसे किसी का फर्क नहीं पड़ता है। फिल्म देखकर पता चलता है कि सुशांत को हमने तब खोया है शायद जब वो अपने बेस्ट पर थे। उनकी ऐक्टिंग और कॉमिक टाइमिंग गजब की है। सुशांत के फेशल एक्सप्रेशन और डायलॉग डिलिवरी, वॉइस मॉड्यूलेशन सब बेहतरीन है। अपनी पहली ही फिल्म में संजना सांघी ने इतनी अच्छी परफॉर्मेंस दी है कि कहीं से भी नहीं लगता है कि यह उनकी डेब्यू फिल्म है। किजी की ऐंग्री यंग वुमन मां के किरदार में स्वास्तिका मुखर्जी छा गई हैं। एक ऐसी मां जो हर समय अपनी कैंसर से जूझती लड़की का ख्याल रखती है। किजी के पिता के रोल में साश्वता चटर्जी बेहतरीन हैं जो एक बिंदास बाप का किरदार निभा रहे हैं। वह अपनी बेटी की स्थिति समझते हुए भी उसे हर खुशी देते हैं और उनकी आंखों में अपनी बेटी के लिए दुख भी दिखाई देता है। पैरिस में अभिमन्यु के तौर पर मिलते हैं सैफ अली खान जो एकदम बदतमीज और अक्खड़ आदमी है। 2 मिनट के रोल में सैफ अली खान छाप छोड़कर जाते हैं।.

फिल्म के गाने 'दिल बेचारा', 'मेरा नाम किजी', 'तुम ना हुए मेरे तो क्या' और 'खुल कर जीने का तरीका' बेहतरीन बन पड़े हैं। फिल्म का म्यूजिक और बैकग्राउंड स्कोर एआर रहमान ने बेहद खूबसूरत दिया है। फिल्म के गाने पहले ही हिट हो चुके हैं। मुकेश छाबड़ा की डायरेक्टर के तौर पर यह पहली फिल्म है। उनका डायरेक्शन अच्छा है लेकिन टाइटल सॉन्ग को शायद उन्होंने बहुत जल्दी और गलत जगह इस्तेमाल किया है। फिल्म के डायलॉग्स इमोशनल करने वाले हैं और लोकेशंस बेहद खूबसूरत हैं। और अंत में, एक था राजा एक थी रानी दोनों मर गए खत्म कहानी लेकिन इस कहानी और फिल्म दोनों को वह राजा यानी की सुशांत पूरी करता है।

KU DEKHA MOVIE = अपनी आखिरी फिल्म के आखिरी सीन में भी सुशांत ने अपने फैन्स को उन्हें हंसते हुए याद रखने का संदेश दे दिया है। यह फिल्म सुशांत के लिए सच्ची श्रद्धांजलि है इसलिए मिस न करें।.
