Every household receives at least 10 to 20 plastic covers every day (oil cover, milk cover, grocery bag, shampoo, soap, Maggi, Kurkure etc.).
We request you to encourage your children to put those covers in water bottles instead of dustbins every day. You can fill the bottle once a week and put it in the dustbin with a proper lid.
By doing this, animals will not eat the scattered plastic covers. There will be an opportunity to dispose of plastic waste and water bottles properly. It will also be convenient for the sanitation department to collect garbage. These bottles can be used as eco bricks and can also be made into benches, pots or decorative items.
We humbly request every household to recognize this need and start this work.
