We help in establishing a periodical progress tracking system for CSR projects so as to deliver a cost effective implementation. Tracking, Evaluation and Impact (TEI) assessment form the base of effective CSR strategy. We build their capacity to assess the data and undertake mid course corrections if required. The end line evaluation followed by impact assessment helps reflect the effectiveness of the project. To achieve results of any strategy the stakeholder needs to be trained. We help organization in mapping their stakeholder skill sets and devise capacity strengthening strategy. Employee volunteer program or engagement of employees in the CSR activities is another essential part focused by CSR Hub India. Our curriculum is customized to the organsational needs capacitating them to deliver change required for creating a larger impact on the stakeholders, social environment and the communities in which they operate.
