🚨 SHAME ON AMAZON INDIA – WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER 🚨
Amazon.com Amazon India Amazon Home India Amazon Prime
A customer in Maharashtra bought a product from Amazon. Due to a defect, a return was scheduled.
👉 Return pickup date: 2nd February 2026
❌ Pickup agent NEVER came to the location
❌ Delivery person kept calling from different locations
❌ Used bad language and showed rude, unacceptable behavior
❌ Clearly said “I will not pick your order”
Despite this:
Amazon has NOT changed the pickup date
Product is STILL not picked
NO REFUND issued
NO action against the delivery gig worker
This is how Amazon treats its customers now?
No responsibility. No accountability. No respect.
Amazon services are becoming poorer day by day.
If this is the future of customer service, then it’s unacceptable.
