A structured process of resolution.
And justice at the highest level.
In the case of Kahaani 2 (2016), the matter was first examined by the Screenwriters Association’s Dispute Settlement Committee. Following its decision, the matter proceeded to court.
The Hon’ble Supreme Court, in its judgment, referred to the role and findings of the DSC.
