REGISTRATION FOR SESQUICENTENARY EVENT ON
19 NOVEMBER 2016
An event to commemorate the Sesquicentenary of the Bombay Bar Association will be held on 19 November 2016 (Saturday) at the Jamshed Bhabha Auditorium, NCPA from 9.30 a.m. onwards, followed by lunch. The Hon’ble Chief Justice of India, Justice Shri T. S. Thakur has kindly consented to be the Chief Guest at the event. The Hon’ble Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court Justice Dr. Manjula Chellur will preside over the event.
The capacity of the auditorium being limited, the members are requested to register themselves for the event at the earliest (by filling in a form available with the Bombay Bar Association staff). The Registration charges are Rs.500/-. (cheques may be drawn in favour of ‘BBA-150 YEARS’). There are as of now only 600 seats available. If any member, after registration, is not in a position to attend the event, he/she is requested to inform the Association staff at the earliest so that other members can be accommodated.
It is clarified that the members who have made contributions are not required to register for the event.
As always, we look forward to the members’ participation in large numbers for the event.
