8 year old at the age of 4 months was diagnosed with Guillain- Barre Syndrome which is a rare disorder in which your body’s immune system attacks your nerves and eventually paralyses your body.

can't move freely and her super mom carrying her everyday to school and back. She is currently studying at the Primary School.

You all are therefore requested to kindly contribute something for arranging electric wheelchair to RUPA.

10 kilos of rice, 1 kg of Kali Dal , 1 kg Salt , 2 sanitary pads , 4 Dishwash soaps , 5 kg of wheat flour , 1 kg of Yellow Dal , 10 Packets of Maggie , 1 kg Channa , 5 Pic. Of Bath Soap. etc.

We are currently taking what society deems as the lowest of the low; the “Dom” group within the Dalit caste to a restaurant for their first time. They are so oppressed that even other Dalits refuse to talk to them. They are “untouchables”. This is their first meal with someone who is not the same caste as themselves. It was their first time ever sitting next to an “upper” caste.

What is “normal” to us is a privilege to them.

This should be the new norm! We have made this new step to make it the norm and the entire village was against it. They are so happy to be trying these new drinks and foods!

Every day The Helping Hopes health team continues to fight to control, reduce and eradicate Malaria. Last week we saw a severe case when a mother brought her 6 year old son to us with a severe case of malaria. We immediately went to work in helping him, including transferring him to the nearest hospital where they could continue to monitor his recovery. We are happy to say that yesterday he was released from the hospital and will continue to monitor him and ensure he has a complete recovery.
