Another spine, another successful step toward recovery ✨

62-year-old male presented with complaints of lower back pain since 16 months associated with difficulty in walking and unable to walk properly without support. Patient was also unable to sit or stand in one position for more than 15 minutes. Complaints of lower limb weakness were present. On examination, diffuse sensory changes were noted bilaterally in lower limbs.

MRI findings were suggestive of lumbar canal stenosis. Patient underwent L3, L4, L5 laminectomy with L2-L3 and L3-L4 TLIF.

On POD 2, patient started walking with walker support without pain.

On POD 8, patient was discharged walking without any support and completely pain free.

A 45-year-old female presented with a history of a fall at her building premises, complaining of pain in the left leg. X-ray findings were suggestive of a shaft tibia fracture. She was treated with tibia interlocking nailing.

On follow-up, the patient is recovering well with significant reduction in pain, good wound healing, and gradual improvement in mobility. She has started mobilizing as advised and is satisfied with her recovery progress.

25-year-old female met with a road traffic accident in December and sustained a left forearm both bone fracture (X-ray suggestive). She underwent ORIF (open reduction and internal fixation) with plating. On follow-up, she has achieved full recovery with complete range of motion. We are very happy with her outcome.

Sports injury
Patient with a history of fall, resulting in trauma to the right shoulder and complaints of pain. On clinical examination, range of motion was restricted, particularly in abduction and adduction. MRI findings were suggestive of a rotator cuff tear, for which arthroscopic rotator cuff repair was performed.

At the 3 year follow-up, the patient has regained full range of motion of the shoulder, is able to lift heavy weights, and can perform all routine activities without difficulty.

66 years female came with alleged history of trauma due to RTA
C/o severe pain and swelling left knee region Difficulty movement. ROM restricted
On xray. Left displaced proximal tibia fracture

Patient was operated. For proximal tibia platting.
Post op 6 weeks Patient has full range of motion with no pain. Patient is very much stable. Walking confidently.
