After our Notice to dept. regarding " & from Public Spaces & in clear of Hon'ble ", we filed for action taken by dept.

They have standard reply 'we have only 1 person for removal & engaged in duty's.

Madam we have given list of 8-10 Illegal Banners, the dept. took out 8-10 banners whereas 100 plus banners were ignored all over Mulund by License dept.

We hope Hon'ble High Court will held them in Contempt of Court

Yesterday attended hearing by Committee headed by Addl. Mr.Rokde & 6 other officials regarding rooms at Walkabai Chawl & Lower Ghati pada, west, project by

Addl.Collector observed:

1. Survey was done by only 1 officer 'Star Surveyor' Amol Pawar (No other officials were present during survey).
2. Star surveyor increased rooms from 85 & finalises 166 rooms & Nobody challenges him
3. Paperwork as per SRA norms was not followed by Officials.
4.Even Mr.Rokde was surprised by the survey procedure followed by Amol Pawar & acknowledged by Smt. Sneha Ubale.

In short the Addl.Collector found there were lot of discrepancy in "Addition' of Rooms at Walkabai Chawl & Lower Ghati pada.

We requested"Detailed " in SRA Schemes & Strict action against the Officials involved in this Scam ASAP.

orders Sealing of Residential Premises used for Activity, Also warns against 'Pick & Choose' approach.

Sir we had sent Complaint to regarding " Conversion of Residential Premises into Commercial Shops by Munshi Estate, west" but still 'No Action'.

Are they defying orders from Supreme Court ???

Our Complaint to of for in "10 sq.ft. by Officials in Connivance with M/s Indian Corporation", the Lokayukta office replied for hearing on 16-10-2026.

We have requested Investigation against:
1. MMRDA Comm. Mr.Sanjay Mukherjee
2. Senior Planner Manisha Kale &
3. M/s Indian Corporation.

We hope Lokayukta will give justice & order investigation ASAP.

Sir it's a large Scale involving Misuse of Public property & Schemes meant for genuine Dwellers, include transactions, conspiracy & Sale of Rehabilitated Properties.

But still ward officials are protecting them & even Complaints to Asst.Comm. T ward, ZVI & even Addl.Comm. Mr. Dhakne are Neglected for reasons best known to them
