This monsoon season, the condition of the Mejia Bridge has become extremely dangerous. Huge potholes have formed on the bridge, forcing thousands of people to travel with their lives at risk every day.
💥 A major accident can happen at any moment!

⚠️ I would like to remind everyone — during the maintenance work of Durgapur Barrage, this Mejia Bridge becomes the only vital connection between Paschim Bardhaman, Bankura, and Purulia.
So this is not just a local bridge, but a crucial lifeline for thousands during emergencies and regular movement.

এই বর্ষা মৌসুমে, মেজিয়া সেতুর অবস্থা অত্যন্ত বিপজ্জনক হয়ে উঠেছে। সেতুতে বিশাল গর্তের সৃষ্টি হয়েছে, যার ফলে প্রতিদিন হাজার হাজার মানুষ তাদের জীবনের ঝুঁকি নিয়ে যাতায়াত করতে বাধ্য হচ্ছে।

তাই এটি কেবল একটি স্থানীয় সেতু নয়, বরং জরুরি অবস্থা এবং নিয়মিত চলাচলের সময় হাজার হাজার মানুষের জন্য একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ জীবনরেখা।
