[ Be strengthened with Organization. ] 3. ಉದ್ಯಮದ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರಗತಿಗೊಳ್ಳು. [ Make progress through Industry. ] 4. ಜಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾತಾಡಬೇಡ,ಕೇಳಬೇಡ ಮತ್ತು ಯೋಚಿಸಬೇಡ. [ Don’t speak caste, ask caste and think caste. ] 5. ಒಂದೇ ಜಾತಿ, ಒಂದೇ ಧರ್ಮ ಮತ್ತು ಒಂದೇ ದೇವರು ಮಾನವಕುಲಕ್ಕೆ. [ One caste, one religion and one God for mankind. ] 6. ಯಾವುದೇ ಧರ್ಮ ಇರಲಿ, ಅದು ಮಾನವಕುಲಕ್ಕೆ ಉತ್ತಮವಿದ್ದರೆ ಸಾಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. [ Whatever be the religion, it is sufficient if it is good for mankind. ] 7. ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಬಟ್ಟೆ ಅಥವ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸ ಇರಲಿ,ಆದರೆ ಮಾನವಕುಲ ಒಂದೇ ಜಾತಿಗೆ ಸೇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅಂತರ್ ಜಾತಿ ಮದುವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತರ್ ಊಟದದಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಾನಿಇಲ್ಲ [ Whatever be the difference in faith, dress or language, as all humanity belongs to one caste, there is no harm in inter- marriage and inter-dining. ] 8. ಮದ್ಯವನ್ನು ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಡಿ, ಅದನ್ನು ಕುಡಿಯಬೇಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡುಬೇಡಿ. [ Do not make liquor, don’t drink it and don’t sell it. ] 9. ವಿವೇಕದಿಂದ ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಿ. [ Spend judiciously. ] 10.ಮನುಷ್ಯ ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಧರ್ಮ ತಿಳಿದಿದೆಯೋ ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ನೆರೆಹೊರೆಯ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಹಾಗು ಯೋಗಕ್ಷೇಮಕ್ಕೆ ಕಷ್ಟಪಟ್ಟು ಕೆಲಸಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ. [ A Person who Knows Dharma should work hard for the progress and well-being of his neighbour. ]
