Baragarh valley located in western Himalays great himalayan zone. The valley falls in the princely region of kullu called ujhi ghati.It is the largest principality of entire Kullu princely state. This valley cosidered suitable for agriculture and horticulture. It is also known as Apple valley. Main crops of this valley are Red rice, Apples, Plums, Pear, Peach and diffrent type of Vegetables. Many villages come inside this valley it spread around 10km. Villages in this valley Kathi-kukdi, Duwara, Katrain, Hallan-2, Badagran, Bran.
