A world-class sporting facility is now transforming lives at the Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendragarh.

The state-of-the-art 400-meter, 8-lane synthetic athletics track, inaugurated on March 30, 2026 by former Union Sports Minister Anurag Singh Thakur, has quickly become a hub of energy, aspiration, and community engagement.

From students honing their athletic potential to local residents embracing fitness and sports culture, the track is already making a meaningful impact beyond the university campus.

A heartfelt note of gratitude to Vice Chancellor Dr. Tankeshwar Kumar, whose vision, guidance, and leadership made this international-standard facility a reality. Conceived, initiated, and implemented under his stewardship, the project stands as a lasting contribution to the growth of sports, fitness, and youth empowerment in the region.
