Every year on 15th August, India celebrates Independence Day of which we are quite used to, right!?? We became an independent country in the year 1947, thus a gazetted holiday is declared annually to commemorate this date.
Though it’s a fact that each one of us is born free, dies free and wants to live free, but still we achieved our well deserved Independence with great struggle and effort. Several freedom fighters and many great men sacrificed their lives to achieve nation’s freedom from the grip of British rule.
The Independence Day not only motivates us to love our country and be forever willing to sacrifice our lives for its honour and integrity, but it also asks us to provide our self-less service to the nation.
Seeking to eradicate every demerit from our country & spreading the message of peace & harmony must not be served as our duty towards the nation only but also towards Humanity.
HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!

"Through the practices of yoga, we discover that concern for the happiness and well being of others, including animals, must be an essential part of our own quest for happiness and well being. The fork can be a powerful weapon of mass destruction or a tool to create peace on Earth."
