Anupma Foundation launched a campaign in the name and style “SAVE WOMEN SAFE WOMEN” on 1st August 2014 as a mark of protest towards increasing rate of crime against women. Citizen from different walks of life shared their views on a common platform. In order to achieve the goal, we want your enlighten views and noble ideas on the issue in the second phase of our campaign of “SAVE WOMEN SAFE WOMEN”. Through a seminar-cum-group discussion organized, we will further our constant efforts to help the women to gain confidence in order to fight back the evil mind. Let’s make every single voice of citizens into a mass hysteria against those people who think female gender is most vulnerable community to satiate their Sadomasochism. Save Women Safe Women campaign is our constant endeavor to bring the citizens to a common platform so that each voice of citizens may culminate into a joint movement against crime and atrocities being inflicted on female gender. Let common voice reach to the ears of policy makers and administrative bigwigs penetrating their conscience to enable their hearts to meltdown in order to do something meaningful for women in the society. Our campaign is our joint efforts to sensitize the public with every tick of the clock and we hope that your cordial presence will be your first step towards joining with these burning and prevalent issues against female gender which the nation at large is facing every moment. In this endeavor, we are looking forward towards all the people belonging to Legislative, Judiciary, Executive, and the Fourth Estate i.e. Media along with senior citizens and the youth to come support us
Open forum for all the suggestion on women related issue in curbing down the crime against women and changing the perception to look towards them with respect. Lack of well planned Educational, Economic and Social Programmes from grass root level is highly responsible for such pitiable scenario in the country. Women being vulnerable by this sort of negligence are compel to divert themselves to choose dark route of survival in the form of abuse or sexually exploited product of consumption. In most cases, they cannot get justice despite their voices for survival to get rid of violence. We need communities and individuals to be a part of this change in mindsets, attitudes and beliefs. We call on the Government of Delhi and India to do everything in their power to take up radical reforms, ensure justice and reach out with robust public services to make women's lives more safe and secure. Create healthy environment for women and girls everywhere by supporting efforts to end violence against them, bringing them to the center of peace building, advancing their political participation and leadership and increasing their economic empowerment. Create awareness everywhere about women to end exploitation against women and girl through the education and strong social, moral, and cultural values and make strong laws to punish victim immediately in Present Indian society.
