We manage projects from pre–implementation stages to post-implementation stages. We undertake software need evaluation, project management analysis, customization, design, development, testing & implementation of application of software. Another customer-oriented approach took us to UPDESCO, UPTRON and NICSI (New Delhi), an apex consumers’ c body, sponsored by Govt. of India AND UP to obviate the need to go through the tedious process of inviting tenders by placing orders directly on them by a single tender. All the said IT & Office Automation products and consumables are available through UPDESCO, UPTRON, and NICSI (New Delhi) with which we are registered for supplying computers and computer peripherals. “An organization is only as good as its people”, we at Fi-Tech larning Center, have developed a team consisting of professionals who are highly qualified, have vast working experience in IT industry and who have graduated from prestigious institutes like IITs, RECs and premium management institutes. The present total manpower of the organization present is 45. We have a Vice President who looks after the business development & coordinates various activities in the organization. There are seven marketing/sales executives who are headed by the Manager Marketing.. Maintenance Management
A team of qualified engineers headed by the Maintenance Manager takes care of “after-sales-support” and the “third party maintenance of mini/micro computers”. The team is competent enough to handle different products on various platforms like DOS/ Networking/ UNIX/ Win 95, 98/ Win NT/ ORACLE etc.

पत्रकारों से सोर्स पूछने का हक़ नहीं है : सुप्रीम कोर्ट

नई दिल्ली। देश के सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एक बार फिर पुलिस प्रशासन एवं प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों को जमकर निशाना साधा और चेतवानी भी दी।

चीफ़ जस्टिस न्यायमूर्ति डीवाई चंद्रचूर्ण सिंह की बेंच ने कहा कि संविधान के आर्टिकल 19 और 22 के तहत पत्रकारों के मूल अधिकारों की स्वतंत्रता के खिलाफ पुलिस किसी भी पत्रकार के सोर्स नही पूछ सकती है और न ही न्यायालय। तब तक जब तक कि पत्रकारों के खिलाफ बिना जांच और पुख्ता सबूत के दर्ज मुकदमे और गवाही की जांच नही हो जाती है।
आज कल देखा जा रहा है कि पुलिस पत्रकारों की स्वतंत्रता हनन कर रही है क्योंकि अधिकतर मामले में पुलिस खुद को श्रेष्ठ बनाने के लिए ऐसा करती है जिस संबंध में उच्च न्यायालय ने अब अपने कड़े रुख दिखाने पर कहा है अगर पुलिस ऐसा करती पाई जाती है तो फिर कोर्ट की अवमानना का मुकदमा दर्ज किया जा सकता है।
