About Us
The Good Sight is a monthly e-publication on the development sector. Every month it brings stories of change from across the country.
Its every inch is dedicated to the development space and its best practices. Be it an established name in the social sector or a lesser-known NGO struggling to keep up the good work. Initiatives covering major geographies or those confined to just a non-descript village. Interventions impacting a sizeable population or attempts bringing smiles on just a few faces, successful models that are replicable or efforts that were serious but failed due to some reasons. The Good Sight treats all this with equality. We promise. And this very commitment drives us and sets us apart from other publications in the development space.
Every development is good to lay eyes on. A child being administered a vaccine, a hungry man having a meal, wealth being spent for a cause, a regenerated forest, vegetable cultivation on barren land, a water harvesting structure, use of renewable energy for improving livelihoods or women being empowered through skill development – all of them are remarkable sights. And The Good Sight features all this in one form or the other.
We want more and more people and organisations access it, draw inspiration from the community initiatives it features and, if possible, chip in to add more value to the development approaches.
