It may recall that *Master Yumnam Khemchand Singh* was a Taekwondo student of *Dr. Gm. Jimmy R Jagtiani,* Founder and Father of Taekwondo in India at Lucknow Christian College in the *year 1978.* He has participated and win many Medals in National Taekwondo Championships and He is the *founder of Assam Taekwondo Association in the year1980.*
