A mother is not just someone who gives life—she is someone who shapes it with love, strength, and endless sacrifice.

She stands quietly behind every dream,
She holds together when it feels like it’s falling apart,
and loves in a way that asks for nothing in return.

Her strength is often unseen,
Her efforts often unspoken, yet her impact is immeasurable.

Today, we celebrate every mother—for her resilience, her warmth, and her unwavering love. ❤️

Happy Mother’s Day! 💝

Let’s stop calling it “harmless.”

Staring is not casual.
It is not admiration.
It is not normal.

It is the first step of violation.

Every uncomfortable gaze carries intent—it invades space, dignity, and safety long before any physical act happens. And when we ignore it, dismiss it, or laugh it off, we silently allow a culture where boundaries keep getting pushed.

Smaller acts don’t stay small.
They grow. They escalate. They become the crimes we later call “heinous.”

If we truly care about safety, we cannot wait for extremes to react.
We must question the beginnings.

Let’s not normalize staring.
Let’s call it out—for what it is, because prevention doesn’t start after a crime.
It starts where we choose to no longer stay silent.

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month—
and yet, for many, awareness is where the conversation begins… and ends.

We talk about safety.
We share posts. We express outrage. What about prevention? That requires participation.

Sexual assault is not just a “women’s issue.” It is a societal failure—of silence, of bystanding, of unchecked behavior, and of systems that don’t respond fast enough.

The real question is not just “Why does this happen and What am I doing to prevent it?”

Every one of us has a role to play:

– Will you speak up when a joke crosses the line?
– Will you believe and support survivors without questioning their truth?
– Will you raise boys to understand consent, respect, and accountability?
– Will you create safer workplaces, communities, and conversations?
– Will you refuse to stay silent when something feels wrong?
– Will you encourage survivors to report crimes, instead of hiding them under stigma?

Prevention doesn’t begin with policies. It begins with people.

This April, don’t just be aware—be accountable, because change will not come from knowing better,
it will come from doing better.

So pause and ask yourself: What role will you play?

From the village of Haryana to the corridors of the UN Women

When the world expected her to dream small, she chose to think bigger.

Ms. Kanta Singh grew up watching her mother work relentlessly on farmland—an image that sparked her lifelong mission to make women’s work, voices, and dreams count.

Over 25+ years, she moved from grassroots gender training to shaping national policy—working with WomenPowerConnect, United Nations Development Programme, and now leading at UN Women in India.

Her work has helped create opportunities for millions of women and girls—turning empowerment into action at scale.
......but her journey is more than leadership, It’s a message!

When girls are supported, they don’t just rise—they redefine what’s possible for others.

Kanta Singh is a true example of gender equality in action—proving that when we empower girls, we empower the future.

She didn’t just restart her career. She reimagined it.

Meet Ruchi Sachdeva.

Armed with an MBA and a promising career as an Investment Manager, Ruchi was on a well-defined corporate path—until life took a beautiful turn with motherhood.

What followed wasn’t a pause. It was a pivot.

Instead of stepping away, she stepped differently. Freelancing became her bridge—keeping her connected, sharpening her instincts, and quietly building the confidence to create something of her own.

That spark led to the birth of Famish Café & Dessert Bar.

What started as a passion project soon turned into a thriving venture, running successfully for 6 years across multiple locations, but for Ruchi, it was never just about running a café. It was her learning ground—understanding consumers, experimenting with ideas, and building a business from the ground up.

And then came the boldest decision of all.

At a time when most would choose stability, Ruchi chose scale. She shut down a successful café business to chase a bigger vision.

That decision gave rise to Treelogical Foods—a brand she co-founded with her husband, Ayush Gupta.

Together, they set out to solve a modern problem with traditional wisdom—creating healthier alternatives for everyday consumption.

From introducing date palm jaggery to building awareness in a niche market, the journey was anything but easy. It demanded persistence, education, and unwavering belief.

Ruchi didn’t stop there.

With evolving consumer needs, they launched Monk Fruit Sweetener—a game-changing alternative offering zero calories, zero glycemic impact, and a healthier way to enjoy sweetness.

Today, Treelogical Foods is accessible across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, their own D2C website, and Blinkit—bringing better choices to thousands of households.

Her journey hasn’t gone unnoticed.

✨ Featured among Top 40 women entrepreneurs on Her Start-Up Show
✨ Awarded Best Start-Up in Kanpur on International Women’s Day 2025
✨ Selected by DPIIT at Startup Mahakumbh
✨ Recognized by leading media platforms including Dainik Jagran and Amar Ujala

Beyond awards and recognition lies something deeper—

A story of reinvention.
A story of courage.
A story of choosing growth over comfort.

From freelancing to running a café, and now building a scalable D2C brand, every chapter of Ruchi’s journey reflects one powerful truth:

You don’t have to follow a straight path to build something extraordinary.

And for Ruchi Sachdeva—
this is just the beginning. ✨

Meet Ms. Versha Verma.

While most teenagers were figuring out life, a 14-year-old girl in Lucknow was walking the corridors of King George Medical University in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh - helping patients, running errands, and showing up for strangers.

She didn’t wait for the “right time.”
She started anyway.

In 2015, she founded Ek Koshish Aisi Bhi.
What began as a small effort… soon became a lifeline for thousands.

Then came COVID.

When the world shut its doors,
Versha stepped into places most feared to go.

She carried the dead when no one else would.
She performed last rites for those abandoned.
She stood beside grieving families—every single day—risking her own life.

Pause for a moment. Let that sink in.

Over the years, she has: • Cremated 8000+ unclaimed bodies
• Provided free ambulance & hearse services across Uttar Pradesh
• Supported cancer patients at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital
• Distributed health kits to children at King George Medical University
• Trained girls in self-defense
• Organised blood donation drives
• Educated underprivileged children
• Rehabilitated the destitute

This isn’t just social work.
This is courage in action.
This is humanity at its highest form.

Her work has been recognised by leaders like Rajnath Singh, Yogi Adityanath, and Smriti Irani.
She has been featured by Forbes India and honoured among Beautiful Indians 2022 by Femina India.

But her real impact?
It cannot be measured in awards.

It lives in the dignity she restored… to those who had no one left to stand for them.

In a world chasing attention,
Versha chose purpose.

In a time of fear,
she chose service.

In the face of death,
she chose compassion.

And that… is what true leadership looks like.

If this story moved you, don’t just scroll.
Reflect. Act. Show up! As someone, somewhere, needs you today.
