A Meaningful Interaction-A Shared Vision-A Brighter Future

At Perhit Siksha Foundation, every interaction is an opportunity to reaffirm our collective commitment towards nurturing young minds and empowering children through quality education. We were privileged to host an inspiring and heartfelt interaction in Lucknow, led by Sh. Sanjay Rathi Sir, who spent valuable time engaging with our dedicated mentors and the parents of our beneficiary students.

The session commenced with Sh. Rathi Sir taking everyone through the inspiring journey of the Foundation. He fondly recalled how this noble initiative began during the challenging days of the COVID-19 pandemic with the COVID Kitchen, which served thousands of meals to the attendants of hospitalized patients. What started as a humanitarian response to an unprecedented crisis gradually evolved into CGST Lucknow Social Initiatives (CLSI), focusing on transforming lives through education. Today, that vision has expanded into its new and more comprehensive identity-Perhit Siksha Foundation-dedicated to ensuring that every deserving child receives the opportunity to dream, learn, and succeed.

He also highlighted the Foundation's growing outreach through its active presence on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, which continues to inspire countless individuals to become a part of this mission.

The meeting began with a warm introduction of the parents, creating an atmosphere of familiarity and belonging. As each parent shared their background and aspirations for their children, the gathering quickly transformed into a family-like interaction built on trust, empathy, and shared purpose.

An open and engaging discussion followed, during which parents candidly shared the challenges they face in providing quality education to their children. Their experiences, concerns, and suggestions offered valuable insights into the realities on the ground and further strengthened the Foundation's resolve to stand beside every beneficiary family in their educational journey.

Patiently listening to every concern, Sh. Rathi Sir assured the parents that the Foundation remains committed to supporting deserving students in every possible manner. He encouraged them to maintain regular communication with their respective mentors and the Foundation whenever they require guidance or assistance.

Stressing that education is the most valuable investment in a child's future, he urged parents to continuously motivate their children to perform well academically while simultaneously cultivating discipline, integrity, compassion, and strong moral values.

He further informed the parents that if any academically promising student requires additional support—whether towards tuition fees, educational resources, or other genuine academic needs-the matter should be promptly brought to the notice of the Foundation so that timely assistance can be considered. He reiterated that no talented child should ever be deprived of opportunities due to financial constraints.

In a thoughtful gesture aimed at strengthening the unique bond between contributors and beneficiaries, Sh. Sanjay Rathi Sir also encouraged parents to send simple greeting messages to their respective contributors on national occasions such as Independence Day and Republic Day, as well as on other special occasions. Such heartfelt expressions of gratitude, he said, go a long way in nurturing lasting relationships built on mutual respect and encouragement.

A detailed interaction was also held with the mentors, who shared the academic progress of their mentees, the challenges encountered during mentoring, and several constructive suggestions for making the mentorship programme even more impactful. Discussions focused on improving regular academic monitoring, strengthening emotional support, and identifying deserving students who may require additional financial or educational assistance.

The meeting proved to be a valuable platform for meaningful dialogue, collaborative problem-solving, and renewed commitment from every stakeholder. It beautifully reinforced the idea that the success of every child rests upon the combined efforts of the Foundation, contributors, mentors, parents, and the students themselves.

The enriching session concluded on a cheerful note over delicious refreshments, where conversations continued in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. A Small Gesture Can Shape a Big Future.

At Perhit Siksha Foundation, we witness many beautiful acts of kindness - but some gestures leave a lasting impact on the heart.

Aditya, a bright student from Haridwar currently studying in Class XII, has consistently shown dedication towards his studies despite difficult financial circumstances. He continues to pursue his dreams with determination and hard work.

What touched us deeply was a recent message from his contributor, Sh. Manoo Srivastava.

After learning about Aditya’s academic progress and his impressive performance in the Class 10 examinations, Sh. Srivastava expressed a heartfelt desire to support him beyond regular educational assistance.

He conveyed that if Aditya plans to pursue higher studies, he would like to provide him with a computer, laptop, or any other educational support required for his preparation and growth.

This is the true spirit of mentorship and social contribution - when support transforms into genuine care for a child’s dreams and aspirations.

A Story of Dreams, Determination & the Power of Giving Back

When our contributor Mr. Amit Rajoria, currently serving with the Central GST Department in Udaipur, visited Haridwar to meet Anshi - a Class 8 student supported through Perhit Shiksha - what unfolded was a truly heartwarming exchange.

Anshi comes from a humble background; her father works as a rickshaw driver. When Mr. Rajoria arrived at her school, classes had already ended for the day — but Anshi was specially called from her nearby home, making the meeting all the more special.

Mr. Rajoria shared his own journey with her: studying in a village government school where lessons were often held under a tree due to lack of infrastructure. Yet through grit and perseverance, he went on to clear one of India's toughest competitive exams and join government service.

His message to Anshi, who dreams of becoming a doctor: keep working hard - your circumstances don't define your future.

He gifted her a box of chocolates and his warmest wishes.

The school authorities were so moved by the interaction that they've invited Mr. Rajoria to return and address more students in the future.

This is what Perhit Shiksha is all about - not just financial support, but mentorship, encouragement, and belief in a child's potential.

We are immensely proud to share a moment of joy and achievement at Perhit Siksha Foundation. Our brilliant mentees Dhananjay and Krishna Bhaskar from SBN INTNL SCHOOL TIKAMPUR SULTANPUR HARIDWAR have secured an outstanding 90.8% in the recently declared CBSE Class 10 Board Examinations.

This achievement is not just a reflection of their hard work, discipline, and determination, but also a testament to the strength of consistent guidance and mentorship. Behind every such success story lies a support system that believes, nurtures, and empowers.

A New Chapter in Infrastructure-
We are proud to announce our latest initiative: Infrastructure Support for Schools.

Our first step? Installing a high-capacity water cooler at Jwala Devi Vidya Mandir Inter College, Kanpur. Established in 1919, this historic school is a sanctuary for hundreds of girls determined to shape their futures.

Access to clean, cool water might seem like a small detail, but it provides:

1) Health & Hygiene : Better physical well-being for students.
2) Dignity: A comfortable learning environment they deserve.
3) Focus : Less time worrying about basic needs, more time in the classroom.

We aren't just supporting students anymore-we are strengthening the entire ecosystem of education.

Our organization has been officially registered for undertaking CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.

This recognition marks an important step forward in our journey towards empowering underprivileged children through education, mentorship, and social initiatives. It strengthens our credibility, enables us to receive contributions under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and opens new avenues to collaborate with corporates in making a meaningful and scalable impact.
