A special assembly was conducted on the auspicious occasion of Guruparv of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. It began with the recitation of a soulful Shabad Gyan that filled the atmosphere with devotion and peace. Students presented inspiring speeches highlighting the teachings and life of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, emphasizing his message of truth, equality, and service to humanity.

Principal Mrs. Amarjit Kaur Sandhu addressed the gathering and urged the students to follow the path shown by Guru Nanak Dev Ji — of compassion, humility, and selfless service.

School organized a Special Assembly to celebrate Haryana Day with great enthusiasm. The programme began with a speech highlighting the rich culture, heritage, and achievements of Haryana. It was followed by a vibrant cultural show that included a group dance & solo performance showcasing the traditional folk spirit of the state by talented students. The celebration filled the atmosphere with pride and joy, fostering love and respect for our state among the students.

Principal Amarjit Kaur Sandhu emphasized that such celebrations help students stay connected to their roots and understand the cultural and historical significance of our state.

School organised a series of engaging Weekly Activities to encourage creativity and awareness among students.

For Classes I–V, a Workshop on Safe and Unsafe Touch was conducted to educate young learners about personal safety.

Students of Classes VI–VIII showcased their culinary skills in a Fireless Cooking Competition, preparing healthy and innovative dishes without using fire.

Meanwhile, students of Classes IX–X expressed their imagination through Comic Strip Preparation, blending art and storytelling.Students participated enthusiastically in all activities.

Principal, Ms. Amarjit Kaur Sandhu appreciated the efforts of students, emphasizing that such activities help in developing confidence, awareness, and creativity among learners.

A joyful prize distribution ceremony was held at Sant Nischal Singh Public School, Ladwa, to honor the winners of the Diwali Fun & Fair. Principal Ms. Amarjit Kaur Sandhu distributed prizes to the lucky winners, who had eagerly participated in the festive event.

The LED was received by Yashvi (XI B), the Microwave by Parneet (II A), the Air Frier by Garvit (I A), the Geyser by Arman (IV A), the Ceiling Fan by Krish (IX D), the Mixer Grinder by Ramanpreet (X B), the Dinner Set by Arvind (XII B), the Steam Press by Gurjashan (XI B), and the Hand Blender by Japleen Kaur. The Consolation Prizes were bagged by Ashmeet (II A), Anmol Singh (IX D), Eknoor (III B), and Daisy Thakral. All the winners received their prizes with joy and gratitude, while their families applauded and expressed appreciation for the school’s efforts.

Diwali Fun & Fair Celebration

Sant Nischal Singh Public School, Ladwa, organized a grand Diwali Fun & Fair on Wednesday, 15th October 2025 with great enthusiasm and festive spirit.

The event was graced by Mrs. Suman Saini, Vice President, Haryana State Child Welfare Council, as the Chief Guest, and Mr. Shiv Gupta, Ladwa Mandal Adhyaksh, as the Guest of Honour.

The school campus was beautifully decorated with lights, diyas, and colourful stalls that created a joyful atmosphere. The students presented a cultural show featuring Qawwalis, a Ramayana act, and mesmerizing solo performances.

The Lucky Draw Bonanza, the main attraction of the event, added excitement and thrill among the visitors, making the celebration even more memorable. The most fascinating part of the programme was the energetic Bhangra, which filled the environment with cheer and enthusiasm.

The Chief Guest addressed the audience and appreciated the school’s efforts, saying that Sant Nischal Singh Public School is making excellent contributions in the field of education and co-curricular activities.

Dr. Ranmeet Batra, Managing Trustee, expressed heartfelt thanks to all the guests for their gracious presence. Principal Mrs. Amarjit Kaur Sandhu extended gratitude to all dignitaries, the Managing Trustee, and Director Dr. Warayam Singh Ji for their continuous support and encouragement.

The celebration concluded with happiness, laughter, and festive zeal, spreading the true essence of Diwali—joy, unity, and light. The function ended with the National Anthem, filling every heart with pride and patriotism.
