This is the instititute established in the year 1964,is called one of the most oldest polytechnics in north bengal.It is situeted in the city of white orchid KURSEONG.It is affiliated to the WEST BENGAL STATE COUNCIL OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION(W.B.S.C.T.E).And also approved by ALL INDIA COUNCIL FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION(A.I.C.T.E).Surprisingly it is the one and only technical callege of hill,also called the best college of hill region...It is under the DEPT.
