Malik Sheeraz along with other party leaders paid tribute to the Indian philospher, economist , sociologist, historian and political Leader Mr. Pandith Deendayal Upadhyaya . Malik sheeraz on his death adversary .
Addressing the occasion BJP constituency President Mr . Malik sheeraz emphasised the connection between Pandith Upadhyay,'s ideology and the current government's approach , stating that Prime Minister Modi's Slogan of " Sab ka sath sab ka Vikas , Sab ka vishvas and Sab ka Prayas " was inspired by the late leader's ideology.

Dear Friends,

I wish everyone, especially our Kashmiri Hindu Pandit biradari in Jammu and Kashmir, rest of India and in entire world, a very HAPPY "ZYETH ATHAM", straight from the MATA KHEER BHAWANI temple complex at Manzgam kulgam in Kashmir Valley, where I went today along with political stalwart of jammu and kashmir and formal MLC Mr. Surinder Ambardar ji , socaio political activist Mr. Sheeraz zaman and other Kashmiri Muslim friends of mine to pay my respect to MAHARAGNYA DEVI, the patron Goddess of all Kashmiris on auspicious day of "ZYETH ATHAM".

What is "ZYETH ATHAM" ?

ZYETH is Kashur word for Sanskrit word "JYESTHA" & ATHAM is Koshur word for Sanskrit word "ASHTAMI"

ZYETH = JYESTHA
ATHAM = ASHTAMI

Literally speaking, ZYETH ATHAM means eighth day the month of Jyeshta as per Hindu calendar.

In India's Kashmir Valley, the day has extremely special significance as it is celebrated as "Pradurbhava" (day of origin) of Hindu Goddess MAHARAGNYA DEVI (aka "Mata Kheer/ Ksheer Bhawani") at a temple shrine complex in a place called Manzgam in kulgam district of south Kashmir Valley, about 100 kms from capital city of SRINAGAR (the "great city" in Sanskrit).
