The Valedictory Function of the 3-Day Skill Upgradation Program was successfully organized on 26th February 2026 at CIPET:CSTS, Korba in a dignified and enthusiastic atmosphere. The program was conducted from 24th to 26th February 2026, with active participation from the students of Shri Agrasen Kanya Mahavidyalaya, Korba.
The primary objective of the program was to familiarize the students with the fundamental technical concepts of plastics product design and manufacturing and to strengthen their practical knowledge. During the three-day training, participants were provided detailed insights into the properties of plastic materials, basic principles of product design, various manufacturing processes, moulding techniques, quality control measures, and emerging opportunities in the plastics industry.
During the valedictory session, the Principal of Agrasen College, Dr. Manoj Jha, appreciated the students for their active participation, discipline, and eagerness to learn. In his motivating address, he highlighted the growing importance of practical based skill upgradation training in the institute like CIPET as per the current industrial scenario and encouraged the students to continuously strive for career development.
