Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 অনুযায়ী, ফ্ল্যাট, অ্যাপার্টমেন্ট বা প্লট বিক্রির যে কোনো বিজ্ঞাপনে সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রকল্পের RERA রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর উল্লেখ করা বাধ্যতামূলক।

পশ্চিমবঙ্গে এই নিয়ম কার্যকর করে West Bengal Real Estate Regulatory Authority (WBRERA)।

রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর ছাড়া কোনো প্রকল্পের বিজ্ঞাপন আইনত বৈধ নয়।

👉 বিনিয়োগের আগে বিজ্ঞাপনে দেওয়া WBRERA নম্বর যাচাই করুন।
সচেতন হোন, সুরক্ষিত থাকুন।

As per the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, it is mandatory to mention the project’s RERA registration number in every advertisement related to sale of flats, apartments, or plots.

In West Bengal, this rule is enforced by the West Bengal Real Estate Regulatory Authority (WBRERA).

Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 অনুযায়ী, ফ্ল্যাট ক্রেতাদের কাছ থেকে সংগ্রহ করা অর্থ অন্য কোনো প্রকল্পে ব্যবহার করা যায় না। সেই টাকা সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রকল্পের নির্মাণ কাজ ও জমির খরচেই ব্যয় করতে হবে।

এই নিয়ম কার্যকরভাবে পর্যবেক্ষণ করে West Bengal Real Estate Regulatory Authority (WBRERA)।

👉 যদি দেখেন আপনার প্রকল্পে কাজ বন্ধ বা অযৌক্তিকভাবে দেরি হচ্ছে, তাহলে সচেতন হোন।
